Ordered 2x pizzas via UberEats for pickup. Gave it about 20 or so minutes for the order to be prepared and upon walking into the store I was greeted with an empty store and a blank stare when I said I was there to pick up an UberEats order. Turns out the ticket was already printed out underneath the counter, but just wasn't noticed. I was asked if I still wanted the order to which I replied yes as I didn't think making 2 pizzas would take an hour. No apology or answer to how long it might take. So once my order was taken to the back to be prepared, I started my wait...eventually after about 25 minutes, the first of two pizzas were placed into the oven, which was confusing to me as I thought since I ordered 2 identical pizzas that they'd be prepared at the same time, especially since the first one took 25 minutes to prepare. As I continued to sit there and wait for my pizzas, I watched the first pizza go through the oven and reach the end. I then had to ask if there was a second pizza coming to which I was told that it's a large pizza and takes a while to prepare. I'm not sure how it matters since I wasn't aware that the time required to make a pizza was exponential to the diameter of the pizza. I have a feeling that my original order of 2 identical pizzas was forgotten despite me mentioning this several times when I first arrived. The pizza then sat there for about 5 minutes until it was removed, I was asked multiple times how I'd like it cut (squares vs slices) and even asked to come around and observe as if that was the most important thing in the world rather than getting my cooked pizzas in a reasonable amount of time. I then saw the pizza placed in the box, and then was left to sit and cool on the lower oven...while the only one there walked back to presumably finish making the 2nd pizza (which somehow wasn't made at the exact same time as the first one?). Eventually, the 2nd pizza was placed into the oven and made it's way through. This one was promptly removed and cut. Again, I was asked how I wanted my pizza cut as if that was more important than the fact that I, the ONLY customer in the store or who had placed any orders, had been waiting for over 50 minutes for 2 pizzas. Again, I was called behind the counter to observe the cutting process and to have it pointed out that upon removal of the oven and into the box, a portion of the pizza had folded itself over and part of the pizza was all messed up. I was then handed that pizza and an empty box (not my other pizza) to which I had to point out in order to get both of the pizzas that I had ordered about 90 minutes prior and had 2 hungry kids at home waiting to eat. This entire time, i was offered no apology for the delay, but was made to seem like I should be grateful that she was making the effort to make 2 such very large pizzas. If you took the time to read this review, just realize that it was only a tiny fraction of the time I waited inside the store to get my one cold pizza and one pizza with the slightly messed up quarter. As much as I'd like to support a small business, I'm not sure I advocate supporting this one if this is level of "service" a customer receives when there is literally no other orders in the queue. EDITED ON 2024/05/31 - In response to the owner's comments blaming unfamiliarity with the UberEats platform; the problem wasn't with UberEats, it was the fact that it took almost an hour after arriving at the store to get 2 pizzas during lunch time when it was obvious there were no other orders in the queue. The problem was that the 2x identical pizzas were not made at the same time and put in the oven at the same time, but were made one after another so that the first pizza got cold sitting in the box while waiting for the 2nd pizza to get made and baked. The fact that zero rush was applied to the order after a customer who ordered 25 minutes in advance and showed up to no pizzas is concerning.

I would not recommend going here at all. This place has one been under 2 different forms of management . When they first opened I came to support it’s close to home and the kids love pizza! Order a large pepperoni pizza and had to wait for 1 in a half hours and the pizza wasn’t even finished in the middle and it was cold .!! To have waited for that long and my pizza was not even finished was beyond me. I asked them to make me a new on which that did but that one was served to me cold as well!!! Today I came and realized there’s new management! I get excited like ok things may be different this time around my pizza might actually be done I was coming from work which is all the way in Minnetonka …. To Brooklyn park. Ordered the pizza as soon as I left because like I said I was being prepared pull up to Marco Polo and you would not believe it ! My pizza wasn’t done ! They said “sorry we’re backed up” the parking lot is COMPLETELY EMPTY and there’s absolutely no customers here!!! I even ordered chicken Alfredo from Broadway pizza and they had it all hit and ready …As I’m sitting here typing this my pepperoni pizza is still not done and I love to support small businesses and I hate to waist food ! But this is ridiculous!!! I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Was not impressed with the business on my first visit. Don't get me wrong. The pizza is okay, I would compare to Davannis, but what stood out was I ordered a thin pepperoni pizza and a potato salad. They did not have a potato salad and instead of offering me a refund or substitute, proceeded to tell me that the price of the pizza was $15.99 instead of the $13.99 the website and the receipt at the store both said. (See photos). Said the $13.99 is the old price. Well why then is the website and the receipt both showing the old price and this info is only told when picking up and after the other item I wanted wasn't available. Should be a simple change to update the price in the system and website since most people will order online. Also asked to pay with cash as they said the system wasn't working, but looked like it was working fine on my end. Wonder if that is due to trying to get out of refunding me the $3.99?!?! This alone will keep me from coming again as I feel I can't trust pricing of item or business as a whole.
