I am so glad I came across this shop! They're super friendly, the shop is kept nice and tidey & the customer service is amazing!

Moe is the best! They didn't have the disposable vape brands I was looking for but he was really informative about the ones he had. He gave me the ups and downs of each brand to help me choose a vape during my first stop there & even gave me a discount. I did eventually find one that I liked (POSH) but sadly, that one just got discontinued.

So today, he went above and beyond by bringing in the brand I was originally looking for (Fantasia Maxx). That's what you call an outstanding...

My wife and I absolutely LOVE Brooklyn Smokes! The owner is wonderful and an amazingly kind person. He is extremely knowledgeable about vapes and vape products and will go the extra mile to make sure you walk away satisfied. We have gone to many different vape shops in the past, but will never go anywhere else but Brooklyn Smokes again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10 would...

As I pulled into the reserved parking space, I was greeted by Z.W. with a friendly smile, wave & hello! I was having a problem with my foot & couldn’t get my flip flop on to go inside.
