Unfortunately with the poor service I got from them, I will not be supporting this company. They got my order wrong through drive through. Yes a simple mistake, which was understandable but it was the customer service I received about my wrong order was what I felt a big disappointment.
I came home and opened my order and saw that they gave me 3 orders of pork egg rolls instead of 3 grilled pork BAHN MI sandwiches. So I called about my order. A lady answered and she couldn’t find my order on her end and asked if “the guy” handed my order and I said yes. She puts me on “hold”. She didn’t mute the phone and I heard her and “the guy who handed out my order” talk, going back and forth about taking my call. Completely unprofessional.
“The guy who handed my order” took my call and I proceeded to tell him that they gave me 3 orders of pork egg rolls and not the grilled pork sandwiches. He tells me that that’s what they have that I ordered, but I remember telling whomever took my order through drive through that there should be 5 sandwiches total, 2 original and 3 grilled pork, along with 2 orders of fries (reg. and Korean fries). I was later then put on hold again so he can talk to the manager about my order. “See what they can do for me”
He came back with 2 options for me. I can get my sandwiches 3 grilled pork BAHN Mi sandwiches on a DIFFERENT DAY or they can refund me for the 3 orders of pork egg roll. I was baffled with the options. Both options leaves me with 3 sandwiches short and 3 hungry people.

Read moreFirst, the interior, it’s a small, simple, and quaint little place-it’s cute. Second, the service, VERY SLOW!!! There was only two people who ordered ahead of me. All I ordered was a basic Banh Mi....I had to wait over 20 minutes on a Wednesday at 1130am. There was tons of people working on orders in the kitchen as you can see back there, yet it took so long to get one sandwich! The first person ahead of me ordered two sandwiches and two bubble teas. The other, ordered spring rolls and two sandwiches, that’s it, and it took that long... WOW!! Oh, there’s also a little boy, roughly about 3-4 years in age, running around in the kitchen and behind the cashier counter (opening and closing the glass door to the displayed bakery goods). He was touching and playing with the bakery-gross! Lastly, the Banh Mi...I got the basic which was $5. It tasted just like any other Basic Banh Mi but more expensive. In fact, around the corner is a place that sells Banh Mi for lesss and actually tastes better!! I was kinda disappointed that there was nothing that differentiated it’s Banh Mi’s from the places that already existed in that strip of restaurants. Needless to say, I wouldn’t go back. If you’re looking to go with a party of 6 or more, good luck, there wouldn’t be enough space...I never write reviews but this place didn’t leave a good first impression and was a disappointment. Read moreIt seems like the service here is going downhill. I always order online and drive over to pickup. In the past they've given me the wrong sandwich or forgotten an item and I'll have to call and get a refund for what was missed. I was a lot closer last night and got to the store before the time on the order. There were 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru that went through pretty quickly and none in the lot so I figured my order could have been ready early. Instead the girl at the window was rude and made a big deal about how I arrived early for the order. Which it shouldn't be 30-40 min waiting time anyways for a pickup here. I said I would cancel then instead of waiting another 20 min if they couldn't make it sooner, she offered for me to wait inside the lobby, which I also declined since I had a crabby infant in the back seat. She said I would have to wait at the window then, I said no problem, no one was behind me in the drive thru at that point. She handed me the bag not even 3 minutes later. I don't see why a big deal had to be made, it would be different if it was busy, but no one was in line and there were 5 employees inside. At a place where you would order at the intercom and then you pull forward and get your food I would expect a fast turnaround would...
