The biggest criticism I have is for Share tea to reconsider their customer service training. Welcoming customers, selling the point system. If they don’t have certain fillings for the drinks to let the customer know!! and to either offer another filling or a discount on the drink.

Edit: (May) it’s been one month since my last review, the employees seem a little more engaged, the point system isn’t being sold and when I went to use the restroom, it was a mess, I believe there was no toilet paper, no paper towels and toilet really needed a cleaning. I can’t imagine an employee using it. I hope they have addressed this. Once I get my free drink from my points I’ll stick with traveling a bit further to ti cup or sweet %.

Edit: (Late August) I redeemed my points last week and unfortunately the shop looks in such disarray. Flies or some winged bugs are flying around the shop. The entrance to the back (from what I could see..just the bottom half of wall and floor) appeared unmopped, unswept, and while I am NOT 100% certain, I saw black bits of something on the ground. Food? Droppings? I’m not sure. Regardless of what it was, when you have a shop you have to think of the optics.

Please, I hope the owner reads this (amongst other similar comments) and improves their shop. If they care about their shop and the community who spends money there. Please address the concerns. I wish this shop luck but I will...

I used to go here often and loved it. However, I went yesterday and even dragged a friend with me to just to be disappointed.

For some reason, even though it was way past open, the store was still dark when we walked in. We ordered a matcha with milk and a classic milk tea.

While drinking, my friend found some strange particles in her drink that didn’t resemble boba or matcha. She spoke to the lady who remade the drink, but we still saw some strange bits at the bottom.

This led me to check mine and found black and clear particles at the bottom of mine too! I spoke to the lady for a second time and I asked for a refund because it was clear that any drinks she made were not going to be made correctly but she refused and offered to make me another drink.

I told her I wasn’t interested due to the last three drinks she made but she ignored me and made another drink while purposefully leaving out the part I had already drank. Essentially making me a half full drink.

She was also on the phone for a large part of the time we were there and the tables were dirty. Anyway, we threw our unwanted drinks out due to health concerns and unidentifiable things in our drinks. So please, DON’T ORDER HERE. I recently visited the Sharetea store and was impressed with the look of the store and the deliciousness of the drinks. However, there was one area that could use improvement.

Positives:

The store had a modern and stylish aesthetic, with sleek and comfortable seating options that made for a great atmosphere to enjoy a drink. The milk tea drinks were delicious and had a great range of flavors to choose from and had a good balance of sweetness. I particularly enjoyed the Coffee milk tea and the Thai Pearl milk tea. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the quality of the drinks. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great customer service and making the ordering process easy.

Negatives/Improvements:

The music was too quiet or non-existent, which made the store feel a bit too silent and awkward, especially since there were no other customers at the time. It would be great to have some background music or ambiance to create a more lively and comfortable atmosphere.
