Read moreMy husband and I got their Savory Bread, Milk Toast, Mango cake, and Strawberry cake. Savory Bread...there's shredded pork on both ends of the bread and also in the middle, asian mayo (it did not taste like american mayo), and pieces of meat, greens on egg I believe. Whao...it was so good! Not too heavy, and not too light on your stomach, just perfect. Well at least for husband and I. The bread was so soft and perfectly sweetened. It completed the mayo, shredded pork and everything else. Milk Toast...my husband loved it. He said that it was like hawaiian bread (King's Hawaiian). He loves to toast it on the pan (we have no toaster) and eat it alone. The flavor was sweet! But not as sweet as King's Hawaiian bread, not too overpowering for those who don't have a big sweet tooth. Mango Cake...My mama and baby sister loved the mango cake. My mama is not so much into sweets, so the sweetness was just prefect and enough for her. My sister also loved the mango cake, she love the texture of the cake and how soft it was. It didn't clog your throat. Hahah. Strawberry Cake...it's sweeter than the mango cake, my sister said the cream tasted like strawberry yogurt. Not too sure what she meant by that. I enjoyed eating both cakes, but I would prefer the mango over the strawberry cake. We gotta go back to get our favorites and also...

We ordered the brown sugar boba milk tea, strawberry milk tea, and the taro soft baguette. My husband and I were really disappointed in the bubble tea drinks. The brown sugar boba milk tea was warm and a bit bland. The strawberry milk tea tasted like regular strawberry milk from the grocery store (did not taste a bit of the milk tea like other strawberry milk teas I’ve had in the area).
Customer service was fine. Cashier was nice and helpful. There was only 1 person making all the drinks so I felt kind of bad for him (though I waited about the same time as you would if you were at Starbucks or Caribou). They do charge like an extra 3% customer service fee, something I’ve not ever seen at other bubble tea cafes in the area.
The taro soft baguette was delicious, the texture is chewy and tastes fresh! The bakery items look very yummy and you can tell they were crafted with lots of love and effort, but quite pricey. Would definitely go again to try the bakery items—once in a blue moon. I really hope the milk teas improve because I have always wanted a Chinese bakery in town....and I would love for them to stick around for...
