Worst Starbucks experience ever. The cashier was rude. I ordered 2 tall caramel fraps with extra caramel and a grande latte. He only rang me up for the latte and I asked about the fraps and he said ā€œwhat’s frapsā€. He was visibly annoyed that he made a mistake. I wait 20 mins for my drinks and they call my name for the latte and it’s a tall. I tell that that I ordered a grande and another employee (later find out her name is Nancy and she is the manager) who I wasn’t talking to said that I paid for a tall so I had to pay the remaining 45 cents. I tell her that I have 45 cents in my car. I didn’t want to swipe my card for that small amount. When I come back she is telling one of the associates to cancel my order that I paid for. I said that they should have comped the 45 cents if they made a mistake. While I was speaking to her she walked away from me. I continued to wait for my drinks and was asked my another associate what was waiting for and I said my fraps. Finally I see Nancy START to make them. After pouring from the blender she asks another associate to get whipped cream from the back. They go to the back and I can see them talking while my drinks are on the counter uncovered and melting. She comes out with the whipped cream but does another tasks instead of finishing my drinks. She finally goes to add the whipped cream and it is water but she used it anyway. Whipped cream is spilling out the cup rims and she put the lids on, wipe the side of the cups and places them in front of her. I complained about the whipped cream and she doesn’t respond. I asked her name and she replied ā€œwhat happenedā€. I asked for her name again and she says ā€œwhy?ā€. I said that I’m filing a complaint and she says ā€œoh good, Nancyā€ with a smirk on her face. She clearly got a kick out of providing horrible customer service. Awful...

OK, so I just used my phones available hotspot they didn’t have the music up a little louder than usual so I then went and asked one of the employees very politely I have an interview right now is it possible for you to turn that down for about 20 minutes? She either heard nothing I said or did not understand anything I said, so I repeated it and she’s looking at me unresponsive And then began to shake her head and I said what does that mean is that a no and then she shook her head at me again so I said OK And left mind you I was the only person in there when I asked...

worst drivethrough experience ever, the drivethrough barista was taking my order, but after my first drink order stopped responding. Out of respect for their time we waited until they came back but they never did. We waited until all the cars in the pickup window cleared out and that’s when we guessed something was up. We pulled up to the window to ask what was up and they ignored us until what I believe was the manager (some short lady with short blonde hair) stormed over and yelled at us that we had to go to the back of the line that was forming (which formed while we were waiting for them to respond) because we had ā€œpulled too far up ahead past the drivethrough speaker.ā€ She told us that we could’ve just moved back a little to get our order in, but how could we have known that? No one had told us to move back. Instead of being sorry about the mixup, she was angry at us for whatever reason and tried to blame us for something we had no idea about. Please hire a manager that can teach their employees some respect...

I was extremely disappointed with this experience not only did I have to wait 45+ minutes when there was two cars ahead of me. When I finally asked how long I would have to wait the worker gave me an attitude. After ordering we are still in line waiting for over 15 minutes still waiting for our food. I just got my coffee after over an hour in line. The workers were very rude and didn’t even fill my coffee up. 70% of the cup was foam which wasn’t even filled up. The workers gave me an attitude how it’s not that big of a deal. I then asked for sugar which I had originally asked for and got told that there was sugar (there wasn’t) . The worker then slammed the window on me and brought the sugar with a very rude look. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. You pay full price for something you don’t even get full and get an attitude and rude looks when you ask about it.

The expectation on a holiday week is that there would be staff, (it is the Wednesday b4 Thanksgiving) at least in the AM To help commutes. There were only two people working managing drive thru and walk in traffic. No apology or acknowledgemt was even made when I finally was asked about my order, as if 30 minutes of waiting is normal. Coffee was watery. Mocha cookie crumble was ok. Disappointed.

Extremely disappointed at my experience at this Starbucks location this AM. I Arrived at the drive thru at 615 (only 2 people ahead of me) and waited until 644 to be served at the drive thru.
