Panda Express — Restaurant in Delaware

Giving one star because can not give zero or lower. Manager lady is rude and very ineffifient. She made us wait 5 min for lo mein as a side. I asked her to put all other 5 items in a box and then put lo mein when its ready. She did not do that. Believe it or not by the time lo mein got ready the other chicken item I wanted was finished and she said that item will take 8 minutes and I have to wait for it to get ready and she can not put remaining 5 items( lo mein was now ready one of the 6 items i wanted) in the box till chicken gets ready.

On top of all this, these were her words " Go to different place if you want" " Get what is available and go" " Stop being obnoxious" This is very rude way to talk to customers.

She needs to get trained to do her job efficienlty and smartly and accept a smart and efficient suggestions given by the customers. Hope this review helps this location to train their employees and improve customer...

Teriyaki chicken is not complete without the teriyaki sauce. The lady who rings up, the dude who prepped my order, and a young girl who finished it, all 3 of them failed to tell me that there were no teriyaki sauce for the chicken. All THREE of them had the chance to tell me that but none of them bothered to say it until after WAITING 30 MINUTES! Then the young girl had to be a little ms smart mouth saying she didn't need to know nothing like what are you behind the counter and working for? What exactly are you getting paid for? The manager should have told his employee that they're out of something and that the customers need to know beforehand. Not even a sign that they were out of an item. I came in around 8:40 and ordered at Panda Express, who was running low on chow mein and fried rice. I ordered chow mein and orange chicken, finishing off the chow mein. Unfortunately, there was only enough to fill half the plate. While piling on the chicken, the worker left parts of the chow mein hanging low enough to drag into other food platters. Shortly after paying and relising I only had half the chow mein I paid for, I went back asking for more. They said there was no more and it was too close to closing for a new batch. This would have been understandable, if I hadn't seen them replace the similarly barely containing any food rice bowl getting replaced with a new batch right before I ordered.
