Oasis Market — Local services in Brookside

Every weekend, on my way to DC I look for halal places to eat. When I found this one I thought I should try their food and I may become their regular customer. I can't believe that phillies cheese steak sandwich would be that terrible. I ask them to put salad/vegetables in my sandwich and make it spicy. They make me a plain sandwich which was greasy without any vegetables and sauce. Luckily, I found ketchup on my table otherwise I would not be able to finish it, that's how bad the taste was. On top of that, they don't show customers any appreciations for coming. Now, I go to the other halal place which is close to them whose food is ok but they are very nice with customers. Highly disappointed. I have ordered many times through Grubhub and enjoy this food but after 2 hours , I never received anything. I called the restaurant and was given the run-around that they ran out of falafel but the driver was already en route (10 min away from my house). The man who answered (Maria??) was very rude but I stayed polite. 2.5 hours later...no food. I called Grubhub to cancel . Waited 15 more min to get through to someone. Oasis has broken my Grubhub heart and sadly I will no longer be ordering from them. The driver just showed up at my door, almost 3 hours later and my husband politely turned him away since the order had since been canceled. Not probably but the worst restaurant I have ever been too. I waited more then 40 mins for my food which wasn't a big deal to me except they got my order wrong twice. First I asked to substitute the rice for French fries they got that wrong , 2nd I had ordered oasis kebab platter and a lamb gyro they first tried to give me just the kebab platter but I reminded them that I ordered a lamb gyro too, 3rd the gyro was terrible it was obvious that they made it in a hurry because the meat didn't didn't taste right it wasn't cooked right, the rice had no taste and the salad well look at the pictures .
