I really wish there was a way for rate a place as havinf negative stars because one star is entirely too kind. I waited for what felt like forever on a slow-moving line during a 10 minure break while traveling by bus. After finally ordering my food, a simple 2 pc dinner, I wait as the young girl behind the counter watches the man prepare food and then hands it to customers. She then takes her hands and rub them down her head and ponytail. The guy preparimg the food leaves without words and she begins preparing food, gloveless as the guy who just left. So after waiting for what felt like 7 minutes theres finally one one person in front of me and shes having difficulty processing their order, constantly coming back with something wrong. So now it is finally my turn and now im getting anxious as I know I've been in the center for well over 10 minutes and my bus is ready to leave. So the guy returns and they are both preparing orders so bow she serves the person behind me and I inquire where my food is and she tells me its coming. She then serves a 2nd person behind me and now Im upset, as I'm worried my bus has gone. I tell her to hurry up and that ive been here before both of them and she then tell the guy to make my order. I run outside and luckily the other bus passengers were pleading with the driver to not leave me, as he was halfway pulled out of the wlcome center. This is probably the worst chain store in the US. I spent 17.23 in the store, but I didn't receive all my food after paying! When I asked the cashier for the food she owed me, she took my receipt to check. When she came back, I asked her again about the food she owed me. She said she didn't owe me any food, and then asked me to show her the receipt again. I said you had just taken my receipt, and she started acting at this time, saying that she didn't see any receipt, and she didn't admit that she owed me any food! I really couldn't believe my ears. There are such shameless people who are really good at cheating! I got angry and called their manager to tell him what happened. He didn't believe my story and asked me to show the receipt. I said the receipt had been taken away by your cashier and I didn't have the receipt! He didn't admit that it was their fault! Later, I showed him the consumption records on my phone and asked to check the surveillance video. It would be best if they couldn't continue to act, and then give me the food they owed me! I really find it funny. How can there be such a ridiculous person who cheats customers at their job? Is it because I'm black? This could be considered racial discrimination!! I hope you can read my story, take a good look at your receipt and check the food you bought before leaving the counter! I wish those who read this topic...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could. Line was backed up to the soda machine with one cashier box open. At one point I counted 9 people in the kitchen area and only 1 guy working. The manager at the time (Lester) had no organizational nor leadership skills as evidence by several employees standing around. The guy in front of me waited 15 minutes after he ordered to get his food, and he only received it after he asked about his number. The workers then turned around and picked cold chicken and stuck it in a box for him.

What took the cake for me was waiting over 15 minutes to order only to stand in a waiting area another 10 minutes to be told my order didn't print therefore they didn't know what I ordered. Rather than attempt to correct the situation and save face, Lester just smiled and stared at me. It was at that point I requested a refund after a little over 30...
