Starbucks — Restaurant in Brookside

This is literally the worst starbucks I have ever been to. I understand that most people are taking the drive through to avoid the spread of COVID. However, it’s been six months since we began quarantine and it is still taking 45 min daily to make it through the drive through line. It’s horribly frustrating and I don’t understand why they cannot seem to manage the drive through ore efficiently. weirdest starbucks experience ever… ordered “2 venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espressos” received one grande size and politely told the barista we ordered venti sizes (paid for the venti size and everything! the screen even said “venti” when i was ordering..) he walks away to check on it and another worker (lady) comes and tells us we need to pull up to the front if we want venti sizes and next time we need order “louder” ? she wasn’t even the one who took our order so i’m very confused why she even said that. anyways she wouldn’t give us her name but it was a short...

There is ALWAYS a 10-15 minute wait here. The other day we ordered a cup of coffee. Just coffee. We had to wait 5 minutes at the drive through window to get it. While there was a line 15 cars deep behind us. I'm not sure if they needed to make a fresh pot or what was happening, because no one came up to give us a status update or ask us to pull into a spot to wait. Not even a "sorry for the delay".

But it DID make the girlfriend less tired and easier to talk to afterwards. So they get one...
