My husband and I ordered the shrimp and crab Alfredo here about two weeks ago, and it was the best that we have ever had in a restaurant. It was very flavorful from bite to bite, I mean Olive Garden donât have nothing on thisđ. So tonight when we thought about dinner plans, it was a no brainer. We ordered on door dash as we had before. My husband wanted to add to our order and called to speak to the manager on duty. She could not add it on because she did not know how to manually put in our debit card number, so she gave us my childâs $5 BLT kids meal free of charge which was a nice gesture. My concern came when our Shrimp and Crab Fetticini came it had next to no sauce on it whatsoever, not a single drop of crab meat, just bare noodles non flavorful shrimp, and broccoli. I called and talked to the manager on duty and explained what happened, letting her know that I can bring it back to show her what Iâve received. Right off the bat she tried to tell me that the sauce had dried into it, and pretty much if you donât like it take it up with door dash. I told her that I was puzzled with her response, because if my issue was the wait for my food then yes I would take it up with door dash. My issue was that for $19.00 a PLATTER I received a platter of noodles with broccoli and shrimp, Iâve mastered making this from scratch so I know what it is supposed to look like. This manager on duty then states to me âwell I gave you a BLT kids meal for freeâ. I mean what does almost $40 in nasty noodles, have to do with the free $5 meal that we didnât beg for. I mean I did say it was a nice gesture, but I was not looking for anything for free when I ordered. So I guess a $5 kids meal makes you the manager (you said you are the one who packed it)sign off on the food with NO crab meat and NO sauce to what... make your money back. I drove to get my sauce and show her my nasty noodles, and she was pointing to show me the invisible sauce and make believe crab meat. I was like just give it up lady please, itâs now called a delusion when you see things that arenât there smh. ...
Read moreWe recently visited on Saturday 9/21 as we were celebrating a casual bachelorette party. The reservation was set more than a month in advance. When we arrived the restaurant was empty with the exception of a few bar guests and 1-2 tables. Yet we had to wait over 20 minutes for them to âset upâ and the host had no idea that there was even a reservation. They ended up hiding us away in the ice cold banquet room - which we did not request. It was SILENT with no music or TV despite us requesting it numerous times.
Our server and the food was FANTASTIC. We asked for separate checks as soon as we arrived so she mapped out who was with who from the very beginning.
Unfortunately, here is where the problem really started. A female manager (I believe her name was Sam) came in and took over and said she didnât want to âdeal with separate checksâ so she took our orders allll together without considering the fact that specifically did not want that. We sat in this freezing cold room for THREE HOURS in silence. We waited almost forty minutes before being able to order our entrees as the manager âdid not want to slam the kitchenâ (youâd think if they knew about the reservation they would staff properly)
And at the end of our meal, Sam had no idea how to separate the checks (she shouldâve let the server handle it) so we still had to wait even longer. This manager brought me the wrong check FOUR TIMES!!! (And it took OVER AN HOUR just for me to pay)
What a nightmare. We spent HUNDREDS of dollars at this establishment and they were completely unprepared and honestly couldnât handle the âlargeâ party (there were only 16 of us by the way). We were trying to celebrate a special time and were only met with chaos and dysfunction.

Read moreThis was a disappointing bar / pub food experience.
Seating was quick, but the floor underneath the table was dirty, with trash and food from previous customers that had not been cleaned up.
The waitress forgot multiple things from our order; silverware, french fries, one of the drinks. She definitely made it very clear what she expected as a tip when the bill was due though.
The food was ok-ish, but greasy. One of us had fish & chips (although they forgot the fries at first!) and the fish was definitely not drained from the fryer before dumping on the plate. So, half soggy / greasy and half ok.
Atmosphere was not great. They have signs up saying motorcycle colors cannot be worn, so I guess there have been issues there in the past. I do know that when I went to the bathroom with my son, one of the guys who had been drinking at the bar came in, went in to a stall and threw up loudly. You could hear it splashing on the floor. He came back out, looked at himself in the mirror and headed back to the bar.
This was all a bit surprising since the restaurant looks pretty normal in a mall type setting. I think I'd look for "under new management" before I...
