Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisiana

Went to order online. Saw a deal for a large 3 topping pizza for 11.99. Thought that sounded like a good deal. I got pepperoni, mushroom , and roasted red peppers. Went to pick up the order, asked for parmesan, and the guy told me that they would have to charge me. I asked them if they had the little foil packs. They said no, it was not a big deal to me. I said it was fine i dont want it. Get to my house and open the box, only to find it is missing the roasted red peppers. Drive back to pizza hut and tell them they forgot a topping. They said that topping was out of stock. The manager asked if i ordered it online, i said yes then the manager said that they have no control over online orders. If i was picking up from that location, why would it let me pick that topping if that location did not have it ? He asked me if i wanted to credit the missing topping ? I said no, i dont want the pizza anymore. Then offered me a refund, i gladly accepted those terms. I dont know what is going on, pizza hut used to be better than this. I can see why every location around my area is rated an average 3 stars. Seems like a lot of people are disappointed with missing toppings, greasy pizza, and sometimes 2...

I ordered pizza from here which arrived 2 hours late burnt and greasy the driver stated the employee was working alone and backed up and I'm very understanding of someone having a bad day so I left it alone. I then got a coupon for a free pizza for my pizza being over 2hrs late. So I decided to give it another chance and ordered extra things with my free pizza. It arrived missing an item I call the store a guy puts me on hold for the manager 20 mins passed.I decided to go to the store while still on hold I walk in the manager is on her personal phone she didn't greet me or ask me why I was there just proceeded with her phone conversation which explains why I was still on hold for 20 mins. Then proceeds to say the delivery driver stole my food. It was unprofessional and I most definitely won't...

Went there to pickup a doordash order waited 47 minutes before they realized they haven't even started the pizza but instead of letting me know they tried to keep me waiting until it was finished but I heard them saying it was started so I asked their response it'll be out in 10mins the order came with boneless wings the fryer was down the customer agreed to sub pasta they cooked that let it sit for 5-10 minutes before they figured out they didn't cook the pizza so the customer will get cold pasta with warm pizza the store was dirty the had dough in a pan sitting on the floor dust think af on the cash register if they not cleaning what you can see i hate to see what we can't...
