Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Broussard

Great food, decent staff..but they just lost my business . How do you run out of anything when the menus are so limited? I simply wanted a Caniac but she kept asking what i wanted in place of coleslaw, but that wouldnt be a Caniac. Maybe they should find a more capable manager? I mean if you only have like 5 things on the menu besides drinks..and you run out.... Doesnt look good.. update. Been there 3 times since I posted that last review, still no coleslaw. Why advertise it as part of a meal if they never get that item? Tonight's excuse was because they're closed tomorrow... Then why didn't they have any tonight? Today I went to the Canes in Broussard, La to say the least I was having a pretty bad day. As I was sitting in the drive thru I was in tears and the girl at the window saw me and she was just so kind and asked if I was ok of course I said yes and pulled up to wait for my food which was kinda a large order. This canes used to be great, not really sure what happened but this visit I was hoping would be better, sadly they seem to just be on a down trend in quality with an up trend in prices. I would be okay if the quality was still good but that is just not the case, the chicken is soggy, the fries were old, and my extra side of fries had about 12 fries in there.
