Mi taurino — Restaurant in Brownsburg

Lately their restaurant has gone completely downhill in my opinion and it’s quite sad. I use to come here quite a bit and now I don’t even wanna try to order here. Their food quality has gone down, their customer service has gone down, and their atmosphere. My family ordered takeout tonight 2/26/25 and apparently they were incredibly rude to my sister, lazily organized our food in the bags, therefore the queso spilled all over our food, and upon asking if everything was there they responded rudely stating that she needs to just check it herself. We were gonna let this go but as I got halfway through my meal I found a long black hair in the middle of my burrito and now I’m disgusted and quite annoyed. I feel as though they are providing subpar care and attention to their quality of food, customer care, and cleanliness as of late, I hope this they can take this review and understand that they need to up their game because I really would like to come back, but...

Started off with our server not bringing us the correct drinks, then going in the back and drinking beer the whole time we were eating our meal. After bringing us a check my bf asked for another drink to which he completely ignored. While trying to pay for the check the waiter wouldn't stop texting on his phone long enough to let my bf pay. Then realizing we didn’t have cash as we were still planning on tipping him something we decided to just leave it like it was we come here often and normally tip. The waiter followed us out the door screaming at us that we need to tip thats the only way he makes money after trying to explain to him we didn't have cash at the moment and don't tip on our cards he got more irate and kept bashing us. This is a horrible place for a single woman just wanting a quick dinner and drink. Went to the bar and got my drink right away. Then 10 minutes later I asked someone if I could order food at the bar and another 10 minutes goes bye with nothing. Finally a server comes by and I say can I order now? He places me in a booth. So I wait another 5 and give up. They don't serve singles, the bad thing is, I travel for a living and all of my co-workers will know what happened to me.
