Brownsburg doesn’t offer much when it comes to both attractions and restaurants, but if you’re seriously looking for a good place to go in town, Rush Off Main is definitely the place to go when in Brownsburg! We came on a Friday at around 7 PM and we sat outside. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to us. The menu is decently sized with lots of Chicago classics. We started off with the egg rolls as an appetizer, and those were super tasty! I got the single smash burger with fries and added bacon & a fried egg as my entree. And I have to say, this burger was AWESOME! The patty smashed INSANELY thin and wide and had GREAT seasoning! The fries were not bad! Someone else in my party got The Loop, which is a platter of mini pretzels, Chicken Quesadillas, Chicken Tenders, and Mozzarella sticks. The pretzels were decent, but not very warm. The quesadillas were great! The tenders were also good. Overall, Rush off Main, not a bad joint! If you’re in Brownsburg with nothing to do, stop here for a drink and some Chicago style food! I’ll definitely return.

It's not quite ready yet. Still installing the TVs and staff is still learning the menu. Decent beer on tap. Food is disappointing. Chicken tenders were overcooked. Chicken tacos were wet and avacado was smallest piece you have ever seen(You get 2 tiny tacos for $8). The "Loop" (sampler of appetizers $11) was disappointing. 3 wings "where was the panko?", 3 mozzarella sticks from a bag and 2 pretzel bread sticks cut in half. The 3 dipping sauces for the items were from a jar or can. Hope it gets better, or up to the Zionsville standard or it won't make it. All of the people that said this was going to be a little Carmel type area are flat out wrong. Carmel would not accept this.

We have been playing Trivia on Wednesday nights at Rush Off Main in Brownsburg as "I Got Nothing". We have tried to get reservations ahead of times and up until recently been told they didn't take reservations. When we would arrive, we were told we couldn't sit certain places because the tables were reserved.??? The last two weeks we reserved tables without problems. Tonight, when I called, I was told that they didn't take reservations. I recognized the voice as one of the servers. I mentioned that we had had reservations the last two weeks and she told me that she didn't know who I spoke to, but they didn't take reservations.

So, when we arrived we moved to sit at an open table, we were told we couldn't sit there because it was reserved. When we told the host that we had called and tried to reserve a table and were told we couldn't, he shrugged and pointed to a server who came to see what was going on. This was the same server who answered our phone call. We repeated the situation and she said we couldn't sit there because it was reserved. So my husband said, so you lied to us on the phone? And her response was that she didn't like the way we were speaking to her. My husband did not raise his voice, nor did he use any profanity. All he asked her was if she had lied to us on the phone. She claimed she was the manager refused to answer and refused to let us sit at the open table because it was reserved for league players. We were league players. In fact, our team is in 4/5th place at that location, so we really wanted to cement our place by playing tonight. However, we were denied a table while an open table existed. We just wanted to make sure you were aware of the way your customers are being treated at Rush Off Main...

  • This review is strictly food only, as my experience was carry out. *

My work orders lunch on Saturdays, and we decided to try the new Rush Off Main. Food was ready to be picked up in 15 minutes.

I ordered the combo with cheese and giardiniera. The sandwich case with a sausage in a bun, topped with beef. I asked for it to be "wet".

One coworker ordered the North Siders tacos. He was surprised that it came with 2 tacos, instead of 3. He said they were full of food and good.

My other coworker got the hummus. She said it was good. Nothing crazy to report on.

My sandwich was very filling. It was hot and easy to cut with a knife and eat with a fork (too messy to eat with your fingers). The taste was good. The giardiniera was delicious, and honestly my favorite part of the sandwich. It was a good sandwich but I will say the beef was pretty flavorless. I'd order it again, though.

Overall first impression was that the food was nothing to write home about, but I will definitely be back to try other items...
