First off, I want to start with this store. I haven't ate here in a year because of the uncleanness of the manager allowed. Coming out the back with the same gloves on, dirt around the food plate etc .. I only went today because T Mobile was offering a discount. I live about 15 minutes away. I ordered online then walked up to the store to pick up the order. Once I arrive I go to open the door and it's locked. A unprofessional note was taped to the door that said we are only accepting online order and to call for you online order with "No number" included by management. I called while standing outside, no answer after 2 rings I hung up, called back, no answer. I then knock on the door and make eye contact with a young gentleman who looked over his shoulder to a woman they both continued to whatthey were doing and ignored me. About 7 mins later the you gentleman came to the door unlocks and rambles off someone's name. I said not me he shuts the door and locks it, not giving me time to tell him my name. More time goes by. About 10 minutes he cones back then hands me a bag, locks the door. He didn't give me time ask where my chips were. 3 people walked up, 2 of the wanting to dine in. 1 picking up a order. They all were very upset and stated this happend all the time. There management sucks and we hate this store.
It's sad because this store had not been in BB long. Either pay more for your staff or hire better people to...
Read moreQdoba in Brownsburg, IN. This is the second time this has happened. For the second time the person barely spoke to me who dressed the burrito. The burrito was burnt and too hard. He saw it and it didn’t bother him. He slopped toppings on the burrito and made little to no attempt to wrap the burrito. Most of the topping fell out on to the cutting board. His wrapping the burrito was so bad I told him to give it to me and I re-wrapped my burrito my own burrito at the register. I also asked him for sour cream and i guess he didn’t want to find the drizzle bottles of sour cream so he scooped out some sour cream and dropped a big ball of it down on the edge of the burrito.. He also made a quesadilla. It was thrown into the container and it all melted together and there was way too much burnt chicken on it which created a mess once I finally got the pieces pulled apart. I asked twice for sour cream and he didn’t put it in the container. I figured he didn’t bc he didn’t acknowledge me when I told him i wanted sour cream. Then I told another lady and she told him and he still didn’t put it in the bag. I had to go back Inside and ask for sour cream.
He handed me sour cream cups covered in Queso cheese bc he had queso cheese all over his gloves...

Today, I walked from my house that takes 15 mins. Upon arrival I see a note that says please call of you have a online order by management with no number provided. It took a few minutes for me to search the number. I call the phone rings and rings, no one ever picks up. I wait for another 7 mins. Called back, same results. So I knock on the door because it's locked. Gain eye contact with a young gentalmen who looks back at someone else and continues on to what he is doing. After 4-5 minutes he cones to the door with a bag blurs some random name, it wasn't me then closes the door locks it. Minutes later comes back calls my name and hands the bag locks the door. I wasn't able to get the chips in my order because he didn't come back. As I was standing there others were walking up to dine in and very disappointed that they could get in. Others complaining about the on line app and how this store always has some issues or shortage in staffing. This is a new store in the area. It has always struggled with good staff and customer service. Either pay more or pick better people or the store is not going to survive in the next 5...
