Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Brownsburg

I have a Papa John’s reward account that I use frequently when ordering pizzas for our weekly meetings at work. I ordered tonight, and added my home address because I was ordering for my husband and I. I’m not sure if it was a mistake on my end, but the delivery driver ended up at my work. The driver tried calling, but I missed it. I then got a call from a local number and answered. Someone from the store let me know the driver tried calling, and since I didn’t answer they left the order at my work. Without me asking, the employee offered to remake the pizzas and deliver to my home. This was completely unexpected, because the mistake could have very easily been on my end, but I am grateful for the offer. We ended up getting our pizzas and they were fresh and delicious! I ordered two pizzas from them. Both with extra sauce and cheese. One was fine, but the other was thin, dry, and barely had any cheese on it at all, even thought I'd payed for extra. When I called to tell them, they said they would remake it and send it back out. Which they did, however, their driver did not bother to ring my doorbell or knock on the door. By the time I happened to look out and see it just sitting there, it was stone cold. I didn't bother to call them back on this, I just won't be going back. Worst pizza and worst customer service I have ever gotten from pizza delivery.

We loved this place so much until today. I placed a basic order of pizza and breaksticks. They either microwaved the pizza or pulled it out of the fridge and warmed it and sold it to us. The breadstick were wrinkled like they use water to make them soft again. That was not fresh and I don't like you lieing to my face.
