Whataburger — Restaurant in Brownsville

6•27•25 been a long time since I've been here came in for a lighted dinner had a Jr. Burger #8 was very good. And they were promoting their new drinks it was quite refreshing the new Prickly Pesr Raspberry drink and gifted us cookies and a wrist band. But the drink is good and tad tart but will ooze the thirst. 🍐🍓

11•4•24 been a while since I've been here ordered the #8 with avocado wasbgreat made hot and ready thank you whataburger for my hot meal. Because when I emphasize hot they bring it hot not ready. Came on my lunch hour so it was a busy day.

So I come in before breakfast is over waited 10 to 15min in line outside in drive thru all that wait for a COLD, Hard bread Meal was aweful what is wrong you still can't get it to Par. Not to mention, I called back and horrible answers from management, no skills. Says idk Ma'am they just take orders Outside 🤯 what does that have to do with my only Order of the biscuit egg and sausage being stiff as a rock and cold. All that waiting for a cold meal, seriously?? Man, Whataburger, get your stuff in Gear. This is just as bad as last time with skinny tacos. You all need a 101 training, or yall obviously don't care about your customers, and of course, you don't because you're not the one paying, but I guarantee you if rolls were switched, you to be upset. For what you paid, instead of eating a good meal, you get upset and ruin your appetite for a horrible meal. Get with it guys here is a vid damn bread is Hard.

Well, I came in for a late dinner , and thank you for my jr. Burger guys are well made and especially HOT!. As i like it, The breakfast was good. I'm glad they brought the jalapeno biscuits thats always good. Thanks for that. Well I can't really say much but I'm disappointed for my breakfast. I guess you all need 101 again. Or is this how you make your own breakfast tacos for yourself? I think NOT! So, really, guys... this is egg and sausage. Hello, I recently went to Whataburger and didn’t have the best experience. I had to get down for them to fix my order for the 3rd time. There was a miscommunication that I wanted grilled onions when I kept saying it was grilled jalapeños. They also forgot my double meat, twice. I get down, and I hear Bethany express attitude to her coworker to ask me what is wrong with it now since it has been two times she has had to fix it knowing I was standing by the cash register. I don’t appreciate the fact that I have to endure attitude from an employee there when I’m the one paying for it, and ultimately the one that will be eating it. Additonally, there is a language barrier with Bethany leading to a miscommunication. However, it’s not an excuse for her to express how bothered she was with me. If you don’t love your job/have the knack for customer service, I highly recommend finding a job where you find happiness.

To Bethany: I hope that whatever you’re going through in life stops affecting your work because we are all going through something, and your attitude can make or break someone.

Whataburger in Harlingen (Harrison Ave) never does me like this. Shoutout to the manager...

Their hamburgers are extremely delicious! The beef they use are not fatty or dry and has a delicious flavor plus a larger size than McDonald's and Burger King restaurants. Their hamburger buns that they use are very fresh and has a good taste and they don't fall apart with the meat, lettuce, onions and sliced pickles. Their french fries are very delicious - they are larger pieces than the other popular hamburger restaurants. They cook their fries very well - the outside has a little bit of a crunch and the inside is soft. Also they are much larger to They have several choices of what to drink from Coca-Cola to fruit flavors, such as orange and lemon and other flavors in small to very large cups. I only have been at Whataburger in Texas where I'm having my a vacation. I hope someday they will have their restaurants in other places in the USA - such as where I live at and have vacations in Illinois Wisconsin...
