Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brownsville

My wife and I arrived about 20 minutes before close, we knew what we were going to order before hand but had just gotten out of our classes and had no time to place an order online. We arrive and try to speak to a woman at the counter, but are ignored for several minutes and she finally asks if we are here to pick up, we politely say no we are here to place an order. She says someone will be with us shortly. We then proceeded to wait as numerous employees walk by and disregard us entirely for about 10 minutes until someone, I believe a manager or supervisor finally comes by and asks us, yet again, if we’re here to pick up. We again reply no that we were here to place an order for carry out and she then proceeds to walk away for several minutes before finally allowing us to place our order. Overall the entire experience took over 30 minutes for what should have been a 3 minute conversation. We are here well past closing and are still waiting...

I have never dined in here; always have ordered by phone/online and have always gotten my order in the time stated and no problems with staff. What I am tired of is that more than half the times I have ordered, like last night, my pizza is dry with only patches of cheese. Why does this happen? Then I don't want to complain bc I feel they do this when there are specials when it should not be that way. The pan pizza comes out tasting good only bc it is a PAN pizza but also dry with patches of cheese. The hand tossed pizza is just plain terrible. I will no longer order from this place again. Perhaps dining in has a better service so that they won't have to deal with you but as far as carry out orders the pizza is definitely not at...

My family had a REALLY BAD experience at this Pizza Hut location today. We wanted to use a $10.99 any pizza coupon that we received via mail . We were denied the legit coupon because the Manager named Maria said she did not know of this new coupon. She was very rude to me over the phone raising her voice at me about ordering pizzas with coupons. I felt horrible! Pizza hut sends out these coupons in the mail for the customers to use them! I called another local pizza hut, I received great service by a knowledgable person that was aware of the coupon and happily accepted the coupon. I will never go back to pizza Hut on central blvd! Horrible treatment by this Manager...
