First time here at a Crumbl in general and it was super good. I got strawberry pretzel, double brownie, lemon, and raspberry danish. Great size to share, soft and didnt crumbl that bad. Presentation 10 out of 10, they look appetizing and are displayed super well, you get an excitement opening the box. I have to say the raspberry was our favorite. If you like the breakfast danishes it was spot on, I almost thought a bit undercooked looking in the middle but I was wrong, flavor, bite are on point. 2nd was the brownie and it lived up to its name, my husband thought it was more like a dark chocolate so he didnt favor that, I myself like dark chocolate so it was perfect, had a true texture of a brownie for me. Not too sweet which I was hoping for, 3rd was strawberry pretzel and mainly because I thought the frosting was more like a cream cheese which I thought would have went great, but it was more of a light whipped cream with jam that taste similar to Ihop's strawberry syrup, thin but good flavor. The pretzels I loved the least inside the cookie, they were soggy to us yet I didn't really want a crunchy pretzel inside either, the texture would be a no for me regardless, crunchy or soggy. Would have been fine with the pretzels on top as it was, meshed good all eaten at once. Last was lemon, it was 95% sugar cookie and 5% lemon. You could taste it literally at the very end and it was super super light, I wanted more lemon honestly but is a good option if you want a sugar cookie with something a bit extra. Overall I'll be back, it s a super good treat and pretty exciting to have a really good well done cookie. We take them for granted, but there are so many options and these were DEFINETLY WORTH A TRY. 13.95 for 4, no taxes. Staff was kind and the atmosphere was great, besides who doesn't love the smell of walking into a place that smells...

We’ve had good experiences with Crumbl in GA, and when visiting family, we went twice to this location. My review is based on our experience with Crumbl in GA compared to this location.

Atmosphere: People in the RGV tend to be indifferent, so it’s “normal” not to hear a “thank you,” “excuse me,” etc. We’ve gotten so used to the Southern politeness in GA that we were surprised when, at this location, I said “thank you, have a nice day” to the staff both times, and they just nodded. The atmosphere is “meh,” like any other ordinary business in the city—nothing outstanding. They could probably benefit from learning a thing or two from Chick-fil-A.

Food: The food was really mediocre. First, we tried the milk chocolate cookies. They’re not our favorite, but they were okay. We waited a week to try our favorite, the semi-sweet cookies. Our family told us this location never adds salt to them, which led to some debate since the salt is a must for these cookies. Finally, the day came, and we ordered them. We were excited, but to our surprise, it seemed like they forgot the salt. After a few hours of running errands, we were ready to eat them, but they had already turned hard! The flavor was “meh,” not even close to the ones in GA. In GA, the cookies stay soft until the next day, and the flavor is noticeably better. It felt like we were scammed with a knock-off “Krumbl” cookie. If someone in a position to fix this is reading, please address the issue, this franchise doesn’t maintain the same consistency or flavor as the GA locations.

We won’t be returning to this location, as the value and overall experience...

Store was not clean floors were dirty all the front counter had dark black dirt around edges despite the fact that the store opens only a few months ago. In the prep area floors were stained. The self order kiosk one was broken. All employees were more interested in talking to each other than the customers. The gentleman running the register was unengaging. We had to ask a lot of questions that made it apparent we had never been there. He still would only answer the question and then just stand there. If there had been more than just us two ant the four other people in the store it would have been crowded and inconvenient to wait for our order. The waiting area is right in front of the door. My wife and her mom liked the cookies. I thought it was underwhelming. In all fairness I am super picky. I'm sure my wife will return I however think the store was not customer friendly. The customer service was blah the cookie...

I really like crumbl because of the novelty. The different flavors every week are super unique and their cookies are very good. Some of them are misses but their sugar cookies are always my favorite. The frosting is so rich and the cookie texture is really nice! I think their cookies are definitely worth the price as well due to the size. The only thing that’s unfortunate is the service sometimes. The employees are always very overwhelmed by the amount of people and sometimes there’s not even anyone running the register. The management needs to be better, if crumbl wasn’t so unique this place wouldn’t be given the time of day. Theres a female employee who’s always on point and really friendly though, so they’re doing their best I’d say. 🤷‍♀️
