4•24•25 came for lunch 1st timer and food is good, customer service as in cashier is the worst doesn't listen and don't understand. Also what is the deal Panda seems as if your the only "Chinese " restaurant and no (HOT OIL) why is that and what's with the Sriracha the heck ... bad choice you need to put Hot oil i was told its only fir the cooks and nit allowed to give customers seriously a franchised restaurant and can't give out Hot oil that is ridiculous. Another thing is gets extremely overwhelmed in parking area they need to break all ste side walk poor architecture on outside it just gets like a huge Cluster f#$ out on there people can't go in or come out or muchless park its horrible. But coming back to inside your cashier I'm speechless she needs 101 and learn customer service. If she can't relate then she must be either retrained or reposted elsewhere. Also she didn't put my order in to go bag what's up with that yet everyone else did. Yall just need to have a meeting there for everyone to be on same page. Impression Horrible. Food was alright. Will I come back I have no clue. But definitely not on my lunch hour tell you that.

It's been a long day of travel and I needed a win. Panda was super busy but I was already there and orange chicken sounded too good to pass up so I went inside to bypass the drive thru. Sheila speedily helped me through the line even though she was doubling on drive-thru. She simultaneously was taking orders on her headset while politely taking mine, and giving orders to the kitchen on what she needed and she didn't miss a beat! I used to work fast food and I was amazed at how well she performed under that pressure! Even though my Beijing Beef was pretty lackluster and I had to wait longer to get my fresh teriyaki chicken because the cashier forgot about me, I still give a 5 star rating because Sheila deserved it that much. By the way, she was the one who came back, prepared my teriyaki, and gave me the rest of my food that was sitting next to the cashier (who was supposed to bag and give it to me). Sheila runs that show!

This was my second visit & I'd had forgotten how bad the a/c situation is. Everytime someone opens the main door, hundreds of cubic feet of cool air exits while 100° hot air lowers the indoor temperature (Consider getting a second set of doors to mitigate a/c loss.). Get your food to go instead! Food was okay. Some of the breaded chicken was tough, but the rice was excellent. Friendliest staff. Donate to Driscoll Hospital Fund.

I do like Panda Express very much the food is good and the place is very nice and cleans but the customer service is terrible I was in line they said “what’s your order sir “ ( I’m a girl ) only to find out he was talking to the man behind me I was so confused the person behind me orders and I’m here like “what is going on am I invisible or something how did the staff just skip me like that “ then once the man behind me finished ordering the staff asked the lady behind me what her order was I finally spoke up and asked what was going on the man didn’t even apologize he just went on like nothing and asked me what my order was I left frustrated and confused on to why he treated me like that PANDA EXPRESS TALK TO YOUR STAFF ABOUT THIS PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE...
