WON’T GO THERE AGAIN.!!! Went in to try for the first time. Two families walked in after us. One family ordered, ate and left and we still had no food. The other family got their food. So we walked up to the counter and asked the extremely rude man at the register to charge me for a coffee, and a coke since we hadn’t received our food. He walked to the back without saying a word. Came back and said the food was ready. We told him no thank we were done. He told us we had to pay for the whole order or he would have to call the cops. After we argued we told him, just charge me and keep the food just so we can leave. He then started making comments. “It’s people like you that.. it’s ridiculous.” I said excuse me. After we had told him to charge us the whole order. He then called a lady from the back. “Who I think was Jenny” And she said the food was ready and plated. That they would still need to charge me since the food was at the table. I told her the food never got to the table. She had a look of total shock and disbelieve, as she looked at the man.And said don’t worry about the bill, we are sorry you didn’t get to try our food. That man needs to take lessons on customer service. This could’ve gone in another direction had it been handled in another way. A simple apology could’ve made a difference idk but definitely not that way. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I’m definitely NEVER...

Let me start by saying my brother in law went the night before to get food. He is a quiet person and he came excitedly saying THIS places is good. It sure is delicious. I had the Jamon torta and Bistek fries. The tamarind agua fresca has a perfect balance of flavor. I know some are a bit too tangy and cause you to make funny faces. This is new and their menu is not online yet but worth a visit. Sooooo good. We did take out and decided to go early to take a look at the menu. They are lots of things I want to try. And I'm looking forward visiting again very soon. We are visiting the Valley for a family emergency and this place the moral booster we needed. This place quickly made my stomach happy. Service was very very slow- while we were there People were upset- 3 tables left… poor girl working had no knowledge of menu- she did not know what plates came with- the plates were nothing like facebook pics- when we asked why the plate was different than the pic she said “oh everything changed” She forgot several things- but we could tell she was overwhelmed The guy at the counter was not doing anything even as he saw her struggle- they preferred to let people go. It got to the point when people were waking in they were telling them they could not serve them as they had a “long wAit” when there was just 3-4 tables. The food was ok, but will probably not be returning.. not sure how they stay...
