Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brownsville

We made an Oder around 3pm they told us our estimated delivery time would be 45 minutes. So we wanted it was 5:50 and still nothing we called then they told us our Oder was on the way . It was 6pm we called again mind you we live close so we call again and for them to tell us There was no such order…. After the employee had repeated our order like 4 to 5 times after we called and they told us that our Oder was on the way and now we waited for nothing. Extremely unhappy and never going back again…. And I highly recommend the all the employees to make sure they’re doing their jobs because we had 3 hungry kids waiting for pizza and for you guys to tell us there was no such Oder….. and the best you can do is have us wait more so we went to Little Caesars and...

Ive been to Dominos in the past. The experience has always been good, but today's experience was EXCEPTIONAL. The young man(Alex Quezada) who took my phone order was exceedingly polite, very knowledgeable about your specials and prices and went out of his,way to be friendly, courteous and helpful. This kind of work is very hard to find. This person should be commended and kept in mind for managerial positions. At the VERY least be given a raise and an opportunity for instructor status. He is THAT good. Congratulations. Exceptional training. Keep up the great work. I will definitely be coming back. And my pizzas were...

Management was terrible I ordered through the app ad they delivered to the wrong house when I called the store the manager Jasmine told me they will redo my order I waited over ad hour ad I had my mom call ad she told her that my nexted order was going to be for free ad she had send my money back which was Bull ad my mom told her that when I showed her my account that they where still charging after that Jasmine said they will make the order again ad send it for free with in an hour ad a half once we got off the phone I checked my account ad they returned my mom ad I got an email saying my order...
