If you are looking for a hot, fresh, great tasting meal that is made JUST the way you order it then look a little bit further because these guys sure did a number on my order! I went through the drive-thru as I was in a bit of a noon rush. I had to repeat every one of my orders a couple of times as, I am guessing, the staff member was inside trying to multitask instead of ensuring my order was correct. SPOILER: IT WAS NOT. After that fiasco, I drive up to the window and am (NOT) greeted by a heavy-set man that literally whispered my purchase total. I asked him to repeat himself and he looked at me as if I had just asked him to donate his liver to me! I hand him my money, he takes it, and quickly gave me my change without a receipt (can't call the customer line without an order number; smart!) and just closed the window. Another person tosses the food bags on the counter and walks away. He grabs the drinks and shoves them into my hand, almost angrily and frustrated, grabs the bags and does the same, and shuts the window without another whisper. Gee...Thanks? Well, to my disappointment, but NOT surprise, the order is absolutely wrong, COLD, and looking like a pile of garbage. Come on, Jack, I KNOW you can do better than that! I get it. It's the lunch rush! But you can at least pretend like you care about quality...
Read moreNot going to lie. They messed up on my order. I went through drive thru and they had us get down because we drove off with out the complete order. That was not the worst part. Person giving me my food didn't even know what I ordered and took out a burger from my order when she asked me if it was 3 burgers I ordered. I said I had only ordered two because I didn't want to take a burger I did not pay for. She took one of the burgers out from my bag and into someone else's bag. I didn't notice until I got home that my burger was not correct. I paid for double meat with no dressing and got a single meat with dressing. And to top it all off, out of all that chaos I forgot my two tacos on the counter in a jack bag. They were so lost it affected me. The worst part I called about 12 times in a span of 20 minutes once I arrived home. And every single time I got a busy tone. Read moreI want to start off by saying the staff was friendly , i ordered today on 9/20/24 the sourdough chicken burger, i firstly had to get off to ask the staff if they can add the good good sauce there was a little miscommunication in the drive thru, i had asked if she can put pickles as well but i guess she didn’t hear, i left unhappy because i was hungry and i didn’t get what i asked for but the burger smelled way to good for me to keep going back and fourth, i shared a bite with my partner and i took a bite myself the burger was already halfway when i took another bite i felt the crunchiness of the meat, and it wasn’t the crunch of a crisp burger it felt like i was biting into raw chicken that is slightly has been cooked but u can still feel the texted of it being raw, i’m 7months pregnant and i didn’t know what to do , i didn’t want to go back and make a big deal since i already ate 3/4 of the burger but as of right now i am feeling sick and i want to throw up.
