I ordered over the phone and had picked a bouquet out from their website. Upgraded it to the deluxe, it said it would have 6 different flowers including 2 types of roses. The total with delivery was $75.00, the arrangement I believe was $55.00. I saw the arrangement later that day and was shocked and embarrassed. It was a ver sparse arrangement of carnations. I called the next day and after some insistence was offered a $20 refund (my delivery fee😂). I never received it. I watched and watched for it on my bank account and it never came. I never called back because it was almost impossible to get the $20 in the first place. Go to Walmart! They have carnations for way less expensive than this shop. Never will order...

The prices clearly change around certain "holidays" which is unfortunate, but also the reason I never buy flowers during those times and get them outside of those times of year.
