I ordered over the phone and had picked a bouquet out from their website. Upgraded it to the deluxe, it said it would have 6 different flowers including 2 types of roses. The total with delivery was $75.00, the arrangement I believe was $55.00. I saw the arrangement later that day and was shocked and embarrassed. It was a ver sparse arrangement of carnations. I called the next day and after some insistence was offered a $20 refund (my delivery fee😂). I never received it. I watched and watched for it on my bank account and it never came. I never called back because it was almost impossible to get the $20 in the first place. Go to Walmart! They have carnations for way less expensive than this shop. Never will order...

They can do custom and standing orders! I do agree that some employees need some further training in phone etiquette and customer service "skills." The prices clearly change around certain "holidays" which is unfortunate, but also the reason I never buy flowers during those times and get them outside of those times of year.
