As we were passing thru town had a local recommend this place as Awesome BBQ... So I am very picky about my BBQ so I am always very skeptical of eating unfamiliar bbq... So to start this is a Little bitty hole in the wall place. Went in and was met by The Owner (Smitty Daughter) and her son.. We informed them we were passing thru and was recommended by a local.. So we ordered the meat plates.. She recommended their specialty Homemade Sausage (Amazing Recipe) Ribs tender fall off the bone, and Brisket you can cut with a fork!! Read moreThe ONLY reason I gave it a 1 star is because there’s no negatives. Everything was refrigerator cold, sausage was GREY! Tatorsalad was horrible and orange, but surprisingly it was the warmest thing served to us. The brisket needed gravy to get that dryness down and cover up the flavor, ribs tasted like I would expect gas station ribs to taste like. Even the tea tasted a week old and moldy!
