Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brunswick

I lost power last Friday due to a storm. I had to brew 100 cups of coffee for an Outreach event in Portland. I was panicking because I knew I wouldn't be able to brew any coffee at home so, I flew to this Pleasant St. Dunkin and asked for 2 boxes of Joe and a jug of hot water. I knew it was a lot to put on a crew at 530am but, I was desperate. When I walked in, I was met with a welcoming crew. They understood the severity of the situation, having to provide 100 HOT cups of coffee to folks in need. They got everything prepared for me, in a timely fashion, with a smile. I was even given a hot water jug for free, with the cups, sugars and creamers. Thank you so much Dunkin crew!! Our event was a huge hit, all thanks to you guy's. I have gone to this Dunkin several times and they have never gotten my coffee right, and their breakfast sandwiches have been tepid, not even warm. This generation of workers are useless, it's not just this place. I remember back when there was only 2 genders, I could order an ice coffee with a double shot of espresso with double cream and sugar and receive it before I even could put my car in park at the drive thru. Now people want to identify as a unicorn a hold drag queen storytimes for kindergarten kids..at this rate the USA will be Russian controlled by 2050 because the American youth can't even get a dam...

Cook's Corner: Out of chicken salad, then ham. Went inside because the drive thru was wrapped around the perimeter, Staff were fighting, and making mistakes, I'm out case, they didn't even make the coffee until we questioned them 2X (We had paid for food but after 15 minutes was told out of chicken, switched to ham, told out of that, got food money back and was there 30 minutes trying to just get coffee)!
