Luna's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Brunswick

Last night checked to see what time Luna's opened online, 6am. That was perfect my wife and I wanted to take our son for breakfast before school and work. This morning we got to the restaurant at 6:10am. The lights were on but the door was locked, no problem those things happen. The open sign was on and the hours showed 6am. My wife called because we couldn't get anyone's attention inside, she asked if the were open and was told "we are but we aren't. She responded that we were right out front and the phone hung up. We waited a few minutes for someone to come to the door to greet us but no one came. We slowly walked the couple feet to our cars and left, driving away still no one came to the door. Bob Evans was empty and served us quickly. I would've loved to give the local non-chain our business but they didn't want it. Even if the answer on the phone would've been that they were having issues and couldn't open on time today I would've given them another shot at a different time but now I know it...

Went for lunch today. My waitress started off great. As for a support staff,she was limited. Food came out which looked and tasted like it was frozen for a week then thawed. I couldn't eat it and asked it be removed from my bill. My waitress gave me an attitude and proceeded to take it back to the kitchen while making remarks about my complaint. Needless to say I paid for cup of hot tea, not even a bowl of soup. Total $9.81. I could believe the cost of a tea bag. She then smirked and said "That's cheap!" and continued on. Hello foodies I'm here today with my beautiful mother at this place and it started off rough but it had a fantastic I had the meatloaf but I had to send it back cuz it was spongy but all this chicken fried steak to replace it with a green beans that taste like it from a Chinese buffet excellent and the hash browns are very quick well very nice job our waitress Kim, was outstanding and phenomenal how shehandle this .very professional.AND MOST OF MEALS ARE UNDER 10.00.for us poor people.what a wonderful place to go on a Sunday .ps...
