Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Bryan

When we first came Tuesday September 22, 2020 a little before 1pm. When we came in to the store we were never greeted. Later come to find out that was the manager, who also spoke very low and then when id ask what she said she'd almost yell at me in a sassy way. I got some garlic cheesy bread with extra garlic. She said the bread did not come with the garlic on it and it would come on the side, then I asked her for an extra one. She looked at me with disgust and like i was crazy. Then after I was charged I asked why it was so much. She said she charged me for both side of the garlic. Even tho she never mentioned I would be charged, and since she also said the garlic bread did not have garlic on it aynkre I'd would come on the side. So I was confused on why she charged me for 2? When I get home. I come to find out the garlic cheese bread DOES have garlic sauce ON the bread! Plus the 2 on the side??!! So I got charged for 2 sauces for wanting just a little of extra garlic sauce on my bread and then being told the garlic cheese bread actually still DOES come with garlic butter on it! Very very...

Went here to celebrate my oldest sons 13th birthday had seven people total with us - explained I personally would not be eating as I recently had surgery and have dietary restrictions but that I will be paying for everyone else plus I will order a drink for myself, manager Justin told me if I didn’t pay for food I can not enter the establishment. I explained again that I am not eating but just celebrating my sons birthday he told me I need to leave the establishment if I don’t pay. I said well we would like a refund because I can’t eat here and we want to be together, he told me no refunds and that I had to wait in my car.

I ended up having to wait in my car while my husband and children celebrated my oldest sons birthday. I called corporate office and they said this is NOT a practice they accept. I am so hurt by the way I was treated by the manager Justin and the whole situation. Now I am waiting for the corporate office to call me back. Will never come here again and will advise all friends and family of my experience. Very sad and discriminatory practices and definitely not a family...

I've been coming to this CiCi's for years. Never had an issue until today. I bought 3 buffet's an one to go. As I was leaving the cashier asked me to open my to go box to see if I had put more cheese bread in my box. At first I said no but I opened the box anyway. She told me I had put more cheese bread in my box an that I was stealing. I had just spent over 30$ an she had the audacity to tell me I was stealing 2 garlic bread. I told her that I did not take extra an I had just spent money in there for my food an she told me I was a thief In front of customers an I never felt so embarrassed. I will never go here again. I had my mom who was in a wheelchair so I had to go up to the counter a few times to get our food that I PAID for to later be called a thief. I will never come here again. It was not the usual white woman who is always nice, it was a Hispanic women who was very rude an called me out in front of everyone.
