Absolutely awful experience.
I came in a full week before my daughter’s birthday to order custom letter donuts. I spoke with someone in person, and then even called the day before to confirm. I was assured—again—that the donuts would be ready the next morning.
But when I showed up today, not only were they not done, the woman actually laughed and said, “Yeah, they didn’t make them because they didn’t know what colors you wanted.” No one ever took my name, contact info, or payment—yet still confirmed the order was good to go.
She then casually said I could wait until 1 or 2pm for them. By that point, it was way too late to order from anywhere else. My daughter’s birthday surprise was completely ruined.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would never do business here again and will absolutely be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. If you care about your special moments being handled professionally—go...

Understandable because it was super early close to opening, so we settled for a coffee and donut holes instead. Coffee was really good actually, just pricey. Just came back today for a second time around 9am to give them the benefit of the doubt and they still didn't have any of the cool specialty donuts made... so we settled for a dozen mixed of normal donuts with one maple bacon donut, an apple fritter, & kolache and was very disappointed. All for $17 and they tasted like walmart donuts. Not very fresh, and the donut itself just doesn't taste that good. I hate to be that way to a small business but honestly just save your money or go...

The red velvet is a cake doughnut. It had a great flavor with just the right amount of icing. The fruity pebbles is your traditional doughnut with some glaze/frosting with fruity pebbles. The doughnut itself was amazing. It didn't feel heavy or greasy like doughnuts from other places. The fruity pebbles, though fun, don't quite fit. They just are not crunchy enough so the texture is off. The Nutella was my favorite. A doughnut filled with Nutella, what is there...
