I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes with bacon instead of sausage, an extra Hash brown, and a large orange juice in the drive thru. I pulled up to the payment window, paid in cash and told the cashier to keep the change. He told me to pull to the second window and failed to give me a receipt.
At the second window, they gave me my orange juice and told me to pull to the third window.
I waited at the third window for more than 15 minutes before someone came to the window with 3 bags and asked me "What did you order?" At this point, there were cars at the 2 windows behind me, 2 ahead of me in the curbside pickup spots, and 4 cars that were told to park in the spaces to the right side of the parking lot.
I told the lady what I ordered and she handed me a bag. I looked in it, the meal had sausage instead of bacon, and there was no extra hashbrown. So, I handed it back to her and politely told her there was a mistake. She proceeded to argue with me and say that I was wrong. Then she demanded to see my receipt (which the cashier never gave me). I told her multiple times I was not given a receipt.
She took the bag back, then proceeded to walk to each of the other cars that were waiting and see if the order was one of theirs. No one claimed it, so she took the bag back inside. About 7 minutes later, she came back to the window and told me to pull further up. I waited another 5 minutes before she brought me the same bag, but with bacon added to the container. She did not even bother to remove the sausage that was in there. The bag still did not have the extra hash brown.
She again argued with me and told me I did not order an extra hash brown, and that unless I had a receipt to show as proof, she would not bring it to me.
I will never go back there again.
Since I was never given a receipt, I had no way of doing a survey through their website. This is why I an giving them a...

Read moreI will say that my order was correct and the drive through attendants were both courteous and friendly. They thanked me and even told me to have a nice day (it was an late evening that turned into an early morning). I'm disappointed though, because of two specific reasons. theyThe first is being told that can't serve ice cream sundaes etc because their "machine is down" when I know for a fact that it's not down but they just don't want to clean it again. Unless somehow that machine has broken down 5 out of 7 nights a week on a long term basis. Don't lie to us, just say I'm sorry, we don't have the man power to clean the machine for the few orders we will get, it's not a good business move. But don't lie. Second has to do with the "deals" on the app. When the app first came out I got a free crispy chicken sandwich every day for like two weeks solid. Same with the frappes that I would get for a $1 or $2. Now I don't even get"deals" for those. And they only offer one deal for breakfast. They have suddenly started describing any benefits to using the app. Ok, rant...
