I placed a favor order here, I read off the items very slowly and clearly in the drive through the employee read it back to me and they were all correct. They handed me the food bags none of the items were what was ordered. And it's not appropriate for me to rifle through a customer's order so I trusted the employees that they put all the correct items are. The customer texting me afterwards and said none of the items were correct, I'm not sure how the drive-through could have messed that up seeing as I was the only one there, and there were no other orders that they could have confused it with. I love wienerschnitzel food but every time I have a problem there’s no manager available night or day there’s a guy that can hardly talk. Supposedly he’s a manger, I had previously spoke to one of the owners I believe her name was letonia about a problem I had with an order. I actually told her when I had gone to the bathroom there were 4 people smoking weed they are always just sitting outside, restroom was dirty and I had talked to her about the smoking weed part. I deliver for Uber Eats and I had a pick up order from this location.

Every time I come to this location, it's the same three women working (I always come after hours). I never see them slacking, standing around, on their phones. Very polite responses to any questions I have about picking up an order.

The lady at the drive thru window is always polite, and I really can't say that enough, especially in this day and age.
