Look, I get having a bad day but who ever the female was taking orders and working the window on 5.24.2024 around 6pm, you need to change your attitude. My husband was in the middle of ordering food for our kids when you cut him off and loudly as well as rudely say, "IS THAT IT?!" and you weren't prepared for when you heard me come back and inform you that "No, in fact it wasn't it." You knew when we got to the window you had overstepped because your whole demeanor changed when you heard you weren't dealing with a man anymore. You wouldn't even hold your head up to look at us. You wanted to get an attitude with a man but when his wife speaks up you get back in line? Sis, just take a break. You don't need to be the voice or face of a place with that type of behavior. Step away, gather yourself and come back.

This has always been a phenomenal place with amazing service. My kids absolutely love going there and many of the workers know them and play with them every time we come through. I've never had any complaints towards this place with anything; food and service has always been top tier.

But when the guys working around her, knew as well because they all looked at her like, "this on you"....that says you got an issue and you need to take a breather before you deal with customers. It cost you zero dollars to be nice and decent human to others especially when you're in service. If you can't handle the heat then literally get out of the kitchen.

And yeah I called you a name because you disrespected my husband by cutting him off and using a rude tone. He is one of the kindest men you will ever met and I don't stand by and let another female disrespect him when I am sitting...

Totally nasty attitude from one of the employees. A short white woman. We were driving back from a trip and we were hungry so we saw people eating inside this place so we decided to stop by. Doors were closed, employees saw us trying to come in and didn't say anything so we were about to leave when we saw another customer that opened the doors and these were magically open now! So we went back and first thing we hear is this employee that said with a bad disgusting attitude "lobby is closed!" So we said ok we will take the order to go and she continued packing orders for other customers that were in their vehicles. She repeated "Lobby is closed!" But she was referring to us only. And we said yes ok we will take it to go (second time). She made a face like ashhh not wanting to attend us and she went outside to repart the orders to other people. One young girl that works there just looked at her like with temor of this woman's attitude. So we decided to leave since it was more than obvious this unprofessional woman didn't want to sell us food. TOTALLY LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REMEMBER IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB GIVE YOUR SPOT TO OTHER PEOPLE EAGER TO WORK WITH RESPECT ...

I don’t normally do reviews but this one really made me mad. I got off work at 9:30 and went here for dinner because they are open late. Went through drive thru and ordered my food and everything was good and the girl was really nice. The machine wouldn’t take my card so I gave them a different one. Also wouldn’t take that one. They had me pull up to the other window so they could try a different register and it still didn’t work. The manager had no idea what was going on. I’ve been very patient and nice, I also work in fast food so I know how this goes, stuff happens. After a good chunk of time they just turn me away after my food is already made and bagged for me. (I can see the employee bring it to the window for me) The manager says I’m sorry I don’t know what to do but your drink is already made so you can have that if you like. No I came here for food and you’re saying I can’t have my order because your machines aren’t working? I ended up just going inside to order a medium fry because that’s what I had for cash. And there was my sandwich sitting on the rack. No discount, no let’s work something out, nope sorry we can’t help you. I...
