The fact that I am going out of my way to write a review says a lot. Not a very welcoming vibe from the start. Not a single smiling face. The only person working there was sitting down feeding her own daughter at the same time we are trying to order. Waiting on her to finish helping her kid. I was told many of the items showed on the Google pictures were no longer available. Unfriendly and unhelpful service. We were all served in cheap paper plates and cups from the dollar store it seemed like. The paper plates portions were VERY small. Even for the 4 children I had with me. If I am going to pay $70 dollars (over priced food) I don't expect to be served from cheap paper plates‼️ What the heck! Cheap cheap cheap. I asked for lime or lemon for my seafood noddle soup and they didn't have any. I asked for fresh mint, or chili oil sauce. They didn't have any. They didn't have any yum yum sauce or anything. We only got our drinks refilled once (bc we asked) An older lady (the cook?) fell asleep with her arms folded on the table, right infront of us for a long while. First of all, were not sure what happened to another reviewer, maybe they are the competition and maybe not. This is fresh food, not the soggy buffet stuff some folks mistake for Asian food. This place has been open less than a month and it takes time for a resturant to find out what the local population likes most so the menu will change over time. We went in with a non biased attitude. We frequently eat at the upper end sushi restaurants in little rock and we feel like we know good and bad food. We had shrimp and broccoli, vegetable egg rolls, hot and sour soup, California roll. Tofu broccoli wasn't on the menu but, we asked for it and they served it. On a scale of 1-5, 5 being best. I ordered two things of orange chicken and two things of lo mein online. I went in to pick it up and added a hot and sour soup to the order. I was charged the correct amount of $31.49. The lady hands me the bag of food and I drive 20 minutes back to my house. When I got home she had given me the wrong order. I tried calling up there 7 or 8 times. They finally answered and made it seem like it was my fault that I got the wrong food. I drive 20 minutes all the way back to exchange the food and she tells me I need my credit card so she can charge me. I had already paid. Even though she has the receipt right in front of her she continues to argue with me. She FINALLY understands that I was correct about already paying for the correct order.
