Anytime Fitness — Local services in Bryant

No better than planet fitness and it’s 4 or 5 times the price so I really don’t see the point. The water fountain is gross and they charge 50 cents for water so you can either refill your own bottle at the gross fountain or pay for a water. They constantly hold classes at night in the only room where you would be able to stretch or do free weights and they do not consistently post a schedule as to when those workout classes take place. As a result, if you workout after work on weeknights, then you have absolutely no way of knowing whether you will have the room available to do your free weights and stretch.

I give 1 star because I’ve given them this feedback before and no action has ever been taken. They don’t seek improvement...you get...

Horrible business model and customer service. Signed up for a seven day free trial to check it out and workout due to 10 fitness being down for the week and the lady told me “ Sorry you’re a member somewhere else already, we can’t honor the pass you just signed up for online” It does not say anything when signing up or once you’ve signed up about any of this. Maybe I workout at your gym this week and I like it and I switched over to it? There’s probably a reason there was only one person in the whole gym...

STAY AWAY!!!! I've tried to cancel my account for over one year now and they WILL NOT CANCEL IT. Money keeps coming out of my account every month even though it was supposed to be cancelled last August (at this point they owe me almost $400). I called again last month and they said they had cancelled it. Guess what . . . another $40 came out of my account again this month. In the process of pursuing legal action . . ....
