KFC — Restaurant in Bryant

Don’t go anywhere near close? I guess 10:30 on a Friday night.. says closes at 12

My wife and I ordered through the app, and quickly pulled up to the speaker since no one was in line, or pulling in to line.

After letting them know our name “ that’s not ready yet you will have to pull to the front”

Okay, fair enough you know. It was cold I guess they wanted to walk it out at that point.

We wait maybe 10-15 minutes after that. Mind you no one has came through since, we go to pull off and a nice lady started to come outside with our order

I don’t mind the wait, I understand.

However my order was A 4 chicken strip meal with a fry A nugget with a fry, And a side order of mash potatoes and gravy.

I got MAD AMOUNTS OF MASH POTATOES. I didn’t even get a fork to eat them…

No fries.. my wife tried to call they answered, hung up, and the phone has been off/busy since 11PM. It was even ring now. No help..

kind crappy. Not much open late anymore, and we have much love for KFC. Maybe on a different crew, or a different shift. Don’t go anywhere towards close is my best advice!

The worst! I waited to get my food in the drive through for quite a while. When I get back home I realize that my order is incorrect. They left out some of the food. I called and they said I could come back to get the correct food that I ordered. When I pulled back up at the window they told me it would be 20 minute wait because they had to cook the chicken. Like what were they doing while I drove all the way back down there? I asked if I could just get a refund and she said with my receipt and the food I was given then they would refund. Like they did not know that I had just bought the food here. I just spoke with her and she knew what my order was and acknowledged they left something out. What a joke! The owner really needs to get a handle on the workers here because a week ago I went in to eat inside and it took almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter to acknowledge we were even there. I tried again tonight but...

The service was good when we went in. The cashier was nice. We got our food quickly. When we sat down we noticed that a lot of the tables were dirty and had like scraps on there you know and we had to wipe our own table off. The ones that were clean are wiped off they were streaky like not really cleaned it just kind of wiped out so I decided to go up and tell somebody and I waited at the register for a few minutes and finally a young girl came a long hair and I said she said did you want to order something I said no I just wanted to let you know that the tables were dirty and she looked at me like I was crazy and said okay and then she walked away. He went and talk to somebody at the window that worked there then she walked went and talked to the lady that checked us out that was in the office and then after we left and went to the car she went out and started wiping the tables.
