Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Bryant

So we placed a curbside order, we were sent an email with directions on how to check in, so we did what we were prompted to do via the email and the curbside parking sign. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I called the store and let them know we’d been waiting that long for our order, and the manager, Kaitlyn, answered and told me that it doesn’t let them know when you check in and that you have to go inside and let them know your there. Why on earth would you offer curbside pick-up if you have to go inside just to get your food? Anyways, after telling me she would check on the order, i was mid sentence and she hung up on me. She was very rude over the phone. The employee that brought out our order was very sweet. He apologized for the wait. I've only been here three times, but in that experience the quality of the food has been consistent. Most of the menu items are deep-fried, and it's pretty hard to mess up fried foods, but this place can and does. They simply do not let the oil drain away from the food properly. It takes me a maximum of five minutes to get from their drive-thru to my kitchen table and by that time the fried fare is an oily, soggy (but still hot) mess. Their salads are delicious, and the fried jazz might be better if consumed immediately inside the restaurant (tho' when I think about the pooled oil I see under my take-out food I realize I'd be ingesting all that if I ate it sooner). I ordered in the drive thru and when I pulled up the cashier was giggling with her friends. She gives me my first drink and my food and then hands me my card and then she hands me the second drink, I pull off and find a wad of gum stuck to the side of my cup, along with that i got a chicken club that looked disgusting, did not have the right sauce on it, the chicken was soggy, the cheese was thrown on there and tasted funny.
