Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Buckeye

Sent an employee to go pick up my order. When he arrived back to me there was no Ranch which we asked for 6 Ranch and one Buffalo sauce. I was charged $6 extra for it. Upon calling to see if I could have them just refund me the $6 since I didn't get the ranch they told me I could only get a in-store credit and they couldn't do a partial refund. Then ask to speak to a manager, they hung up on me after a few minutes of being on hold I called back and waited on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up and then try it again so it seems that they were purposely not answering my phone calls. This is extremely petty over $6 but at this point...

Usually i’m pretty happy with dominos, not this time. Whoever made my pizza this time really fumbled. It was like the result of eating saltine crackers- as there was practically no sauce… extremelyyyy dry. not happy about that. On top of that, we had to pull out a pizza cutter at home because it was not cut all the way through. If this is what a “normal” amount of sauce is I guess I need to order extra next time. Really ruined it for me and I love dominos pizza- part of the reason is their robust tomato sauce!! Very disappointed this...

First time delivering from this location and was a great experience. Please note that the delivery tracker IS NOT always accurate! After the app said delivered I called the store assuming they delivered to the wrong house. They were extremely helpful and checked where my driver was and let me know they would be there shortly and as soon as I hung up the phone my driver was there.
