These kids working here are a joke. Who ever trained them needs to be retrained themselves. Their attitude at the drive-through was unprofessional when it was a simple question being asked. Apparently their Coke machine was down and they were giving people can sodas. The gentleman at the window was nice until my husband asked for the managers name who was the one that was giving us attitude when ordering. After giving us the manager, Gina‘s name, he went off and close the window and started making hand gestures to the manager and pointing at us. That is when my husband honk the horn because they forgot to give us the receipt and let the gentleman know that it was very rude , but he was doing. At that point we drove off upset by the time we got home we noticed that our southwest salad was incorrect. We were given a garden salad with carrots and yellow salad. We tried to call them. No one answered the phone so I myself drove all the way back to Jack-in-the-Box and got off when I asked the manager that we were given the wrong order. If we can, please have a corrected order she stated that Jack-in-the-Box change their menu And the southwest salad was now considered the garden salad. I didn’t wanna go ahead and let her know that I had ordered this many times And I practically knew what exactly came in the southwest salad. I asked again doesn’t the southwest salad come with black beans and corn? She then replied no, that is the garden salad. I gave up and asked if I can just buy a “garden salad “ . She then said oh it’s OK. I can just give you the stuff on the side or I can put it on your side. I said sure whatever works. She then took my salad and went to the back not to mention the two other gentleman there also followed her. I heard her tell the gentleman making the food in Spanish if she can please put the black beans and corn on the salad, it took them about four minutes till they came back and I noticed they were giving me a brand new salad with everything. My salad did not come with the first time I’ve been working in customer service for over 15 years and I can tell you that approach to the situation was just so unappropriate . I even recorded them telling me that the southwest salad was actually the garden salad and to make things even funnier. We went a second time to that same Jack-in-the-Box two days later ordered a southwest salad and was given a very nicely southwest salad as it showed in the picture in the drive-through , but the gentleman at the window did say that Jack-in-the-Box changed their menu recently when I asked what comes in the Southwest salad. It amazes me that this generation of people working think that they’re are giving great customer service. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t have the attitude to work in...
Read moree have a relatively new addition: a Jack in the Box that has been around for about a year now. As a fast-food enthusiast, I’ve visited this location numerous times.
Throughout these visits, I’ve gathered a mixed bag of experiences that are worth sharing.
The service at this particular Jack in the Box has consistently hovered around average. While the staff is generally polite and friendly, the efficiency and accuracy of the service leave something to be desired.
On multiple occasions, I’ve encountered issues with my orders. In fact, it’s safe to say that about half the time, there’s been some sort of mistake, whether it’s missing items, incorrect modifications, or entirely wrong orders. This can be a bit frustrating, especially when you’re in a hurry or particularly really hungry.
Despite these hiccups, there is a shining star that keeps me coming back—their milkshakes. Let me tell you, the milkshakes at this Jack in the Box are absolutely phenomenal. They are thick, creamy, and bursting with flavor, providing the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Whether you’re a fan of classic chocolate, vanilla, or more adventurous flavors, the milkshakes here are consistently top-notch and never disappoint.
Overall, while there are areas for improvement, particularly in the accuracy of order fulfillment, this fairly new Jack in the Box has its merits. The staff’s friendliness and the restaurant’s cleanliness contribute positively to the overall experience. And of course, the milkshakes are a delightful highlight that I highly recommend trying. With a bit more attention to detail in their service, this Jack in the Box has the potential to become a beloved spot for fast-food lovers in the area. Until then, I’ll keep enjoying their amazing milkshakes and hoping for more consistent order accuracy...
Read moreDo not eat here. If I could give a minus I would. They are rude and disrespectful. They took my order wrong, did not display on screen and did not give me a receipt. I got home and order was incorrect. So I go back to get my order and was told I accepted this on screen. Again did not put on screen. I even said there is nothing there and she said ok, pull forward. Then I paid and did not receive a receipt. Well then the employee was saying I accepted it and should give them a receipt . I tried to explain that there was nothing to accept. I felt like I was stealing from them and this was their fault, not mine. If order had been correct I would not have gone back to get disrespected by these people. A guy employee asked what I ordered, I tried 3 times to give it to them when I finally said just give me my money back. I was talking loud but I was very upset because these young Yahoo!’s couldn’t even take a order correctly. The place is on Indian School Rd and Jackrabbit in Litchfield Park. Time was about 4:45 to 5:15 pm. Thursday September 14th. Also, if they weren’t at fault why wouldn’t they give me their names. I asked and they walked away. Also one guy came and told me to stop yelling at the girl, well I was speaking loud but at that point I wasn’t yelling. These employers need to be reprimanded. All they needed to do was replace my order and give me what I originally ordered and I would have left. They tried to say this was my fault and did not want to take responsibility. I know nothing will be done but I am just letting people know DO NOT GO HERE. DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES AND DON’T KNOW HOW TO EVEN...
