Embrace The Grind BTX — Restaurant in Buda

Was Googling for an espresso in the Buda area outside of the normal shops I normally frequent and it let me here, to this great lil trailer parked in the Willie's Joint premises.

Ordered a latte and a double espresso just to see what their coffee was going to be like. At the last minute, I changed my espresso order when I read you could have their double espresso as a CUBANO. Well, hell, why not?

Their latte was right on point, with a strong espresso presence just I like them. Their Cubano though was something special; they definitely know how to pull espresso shots and added a splash of milk and little sugar. Truly a great drink, one that I will definitely be having more of-props to the barista.

This little food truck coffee shop is the real deal. It’s everything you want a neighborhood spot to feel like. Run by fantastic folks who love what they do, who make everyone feel included and welcome, whether it’s their first time stopping by or they are there often.

Make sure you check out the flavor list, and feel free to ask for suggestions! After you get a coffee, sit and stay awhile and feel the love from all the regulars who stop by.

The one coffee shop after trying you’ll never go anywhere else. I’ll say this. Any coffee truck can add sweeteners to make your coffee taste okay. This coffee truck will make black coffee taste excellent and build off of that into something completely fulfilling for your morning coffee adventures. If you want something to taste like a maple donut they’ll do it, their infused red bulls are the bomb. And to top the cake Megan and Ron are so friendly and will remember you from the last visit. They will engage in conversation with all to make it a truly great all round experience.
