I started with the Buda location, and loved the food from the start. Having spent time in Thailand, I can say that this is about as close as I have found here to the food in Thailand. The owner is great and very friendly, and recognizes us whenever we see him there, no matter how long it has been. I always start with a Pad Thai when I eat at a new Thai restaurant, as it is a basic Thai dish, and if they can't get that right I don't count on anything else tasting right. Had Pad see ew with chicken. They were not wide flat noodles rather they used phad Thai noodles and the sauce was some brown sauce that did not taste like normal. Also not cooked with any spice. Asked for spice after and got sriacha(not red pepper flakes or oil.) We went here because of 4.8 rating and was surprised at how bland and underwhelming it was. More authentic than not Thai food truck tucked inside a cozy and fun environment. The pad Thai had great flavor but was a little wetter than I prefer. Kids loved the bacon fried rice and the white chicken curry had good heat and flavor. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again if I had a craving for Thai food.
