I had the signature Atlas Sandwich - handheld pita with a generous serving of lamb and a thick, flavorful tzatziki that adds a firmness to the wrap, paired with a well-balanced herb and seasoning that creates tremendous flavor. This is the Perfect handheld Greek sandwich!!

My wife had the Aphrodite (direct quote from my wife “queen recognize queen” 👸🏻)

The Aphrodite is slow-cooked lamb with veg, and the PERFECT amount of honey that really adds depth to the flavor of this pita sandwich.

Now - I’m not a sweet guy, but even with the rich honey, it felt like a healthier bite compared to my Atlas, which felt more savory, but you really can’t go wrong with either.

Long story short - Atlas Sandwich Co is a must visit for any Greek or Greek-food lover in Austin! I am looking forward to our next...

I LOVE hot saganaki/halloumi and start shvitzing at the sound. Then add honey AND lamb, served sandwiched between two pitas and you've got yourself one hell of a drug called the Greek Freak. I will be back to try the one with just the saganaki and honey ASAP. The other sandwich I had was the Corleone, a more traditional cold cut style, a little bready for me but delicious and was good balance to the pita. I enjoyed the spicy whipped feta and added it to this.

The team in the truck were friendly and excited I complimented their dog treat menu add. Excellent belly rub joke. The sandwiches were made quickly and came out perfectly temperatured.
