Very very very disappointing experience. We were craving Mexican and the menu sounded soooo good. (Never got to find out.) We walk in and they give us a pager and tell us it would be a 5 minute wait. We were good with that, we’re very patient people. They get us seated and they brought us chips and salsa (well he kind of tossed them on the table, a little rude but we were still okay at this point) He said he’d be right back to take our drink order. About 10 minutes pass and still no one has come to get our drinks, like I said were patient so we’re like okay, maybe he’s busy right? Well then they pull 3 tables together for a big table right across from us, they get their chips and salsa and we’re still waiting for him to come back. Another 15 minutes pass and now we’re getting a little upset. Almost 30 minutes and no drinks yet a little upsetting. We decide as long as they come to us first before the big table we would be okay. Well of course they go to the big table get they’re drink orders AND they get served their drinks and no one has even yet to speak to us. Our chips and salsa are now gone and empty and still no drinks. I understand restaurants get busy, but they weren’t that busy and if they had time to grab 20 drinks, what was 4 more? Especially when we were seated 10 minutes before them. Sadly, I don’t have a review of the food bc the service was so poor and disappointing we walked out. I don’t think I’ve ever had to walk out of a restaurant before. Step up your service so I can come back and try again! I was really looking forward to trying the mango chamoy margarita and some enchiladas and maybe even the Diablo shrimp. Maybe one day, I’ll try again. But for now,...

A Cinco de Mayo Outting Given the Mexican holiday, the place was really packed! Great Fortune had us scoring a booth in the bar, shortcutting the ++1 hour wait. Initial service was -- not unexpectedly -- off to a slow start . But once they got us in their busy work flow the service was surprisingly solid...really, much better than we'd hoped for! It was Cinco de Mayo, so naturally Margaritas were required. The house 'ritas came up pretty short.. weak which was only partially remedied with an extra shot of tequila. Next time around it was Jalisco's respectable top shelf 'ritas which really delivered tonight. For dinner we had a plump and tender chicken quesadilla and a really nice ceviche to start. After that great beginning, we shared an excellent prepared Texas Combo Fajita plate with beef, chicken, shrimp and all the fixings for two. It was piled high with tender and tasty meats and a great green pepper and onion medley. We had to ask for more tortillas...not a problem, and it seems the norm for us at most Mexican restaurants. All and all, given the packed Cinco de Mayo house, it was an unexpectedly great dinner. Over the years, and at all their locations, Jalisco's has been a family favorite in our house. But this location really surprised us in delivering a great outing despite a packed Cinco...

Had a strange experience. Ordered on their website for delivery. It goes through a third party system(chow now but delivered through door dash) received my food timely and the delivery was safe and great. I was missing a drink, which really wasn't a big deal to me but I did want a refund for it because it was 8 dollars. Had to go through doordash to figure out it had to be done by the restaurant since they took the payment. Called the first time I was on hold for 10 minutes, called a second time slightly annoyed explained I was on hold for 10 minutes and I just wanted to get a missing item refunded to my card. Put on hold again only to be hung upon. By now I was frustrated cause I thought this would be quick so now my food is cold. Called again finally spoke to someone who was able to credit my account for the drink and explained this is my third time calling trying to get this refund and only to give some half apology. I’ve been in the service industry for 14 years and also a front of house manager for 6 years. I’d like to think it was an off night but having to try to resolve such a small issue and it being so drawn out shows me lack of customer service. Luckily i love the food but that was extremely...
