If you like lime juice, this margarita is for YOU! There was NOT AN OUNCE of tequila in that margarita. I have been on blood thinners since '21. I am ONLY ALLOWED one alcoholic beverage and ONLY have one when we are out to dinner. Therefore, I look forward to this very much. This one? AWFUL. I knew we were in trouble when it arrived with a sorry looking lime desperately hanging from the side of the glass. I took the first sip after stirring and there was NO HINT of tequila in that cocktail. My glands immediately begged to be released. I grabbed my water and took a deep drink. My husband had one sip. He told me not to drink it as it was awful. I told the waitress who insisted it had been made at the bar. I am certain it had. I mean, it wouldn't have been made in the restrooms, right? We ordered the beer-battered onion rings which were outstanding. They provided sweet rolls which were also really good. Thank goodness because otherwise, I would have left hungry. Our daughter had a good meal- she had the coconut shrimp and fries. My husband ordered his steak medium rare. As soon as it came out, it was far too well done. I knew as soon as I saw it. The steak was TOUGH. Not a good cut. At all. His corn? HAD NOTHING ON IT! No butter, no seasoning, nothing. Why??? I ordered the "battered chicken tenders" but they were "battered" with bread crumbs and not flour? Our daughter ate most of them because when I removed one from the plate, the underside was SWIMMING in oil. So, yes, it's fried but you are supposed to drain it before you plate it. I was really looking forward to the baked potato. I like mine with butter, sour cream, and chives. I gingerly removed the foil wrap expecting the potato to be HOT. ONLY the UNDERSIDE of the potato was warm and barely that. The butter was not melted and there was barely a teaspoon of sour cream. The waitress was not available- at all. She had forgotten about the margarita and we had to remind her. She only came back to check on us and by then, it was time for the check. I used the butter from the sweet rolls to "doctor" the potato and after 2 bites, decided not to eat it because it had the flavor of having been heated and reheated. It wasn't a fresh baked potato at all. Finally, when we arrived, I counted SEVEN wait staff/greeters at the front desk. I am disabled and we were immediately seated right behind that entry area. The banter stopped as soon as we entered and didn't resume. I don't mind them doing that. It's good to have fun. I know I did when I worked in a restaurant in high school and college. When we were being seated, I turned to find all eyes from that staff on ME. They were actually STARING. I was stunned. I started back of course but how completely unprofessional! My husband was livid. It takes a moment for me to sit due to my disability as I have an incomplete spinal cord injury. My husband was helping me into the booth. The silence was deafening but the stares? Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and no, that alone? We will not be back. EVER. Talk to your staff including those in high school and in college. I'm not an "Old" person but some young people do use mobility aids. We do. STOP STARING. It happened again when I had to use the restroom. That was very clean by the way. The staff that was standing around in the front was talking until I passed and then, stopped. When I went back to our table, they turned to stare- again. So, no, not a fluke. Rude and unprofessional. Fix this. Stop watering down your cocktails to save money. We don't return to restaurants that pull this "trick" as we PAY good money for those cocktails and for me? They are MY TREAT. I only get one. It's a complete waste of money when I get one and it's lime juice that makes my glands revolt on the first sip. We will...
Read moreI went with family today and it was my first time being to any Logan's RoadHouse location. It was completely disappointing. I get we were a pretty big group of 5 adults, 3 kids and a High chair. From the moment, we sat down our waitress was annoyed with us and anything we asked weather it was a question or if we could get something was an inconvenience to her. She also came in with an attitude and a sarcastic tone. For example, my brother in law and I, both ordered the sweet potato fries with our meal. The waitress made sure to clarify that there would be an upcharge, not problem. When we got our meals, he and I, both received waffle fries. We both informed her that we paid extra for the sweet potato. All she said was "sorry we are out, sorry". Which happens sometimes but no communication was given to us prior to let us know or chance to pick something else, she decided for us. Then I asked that since they were out that wouldn't be upcharge for it anymore. In a sarcastic tone I got "of course you won't". Well how I am to be 100% sure on that since the waitress lacked the communication in the first place to let us know they were out. Another example, one of my nephews ordered a soda, when she came out with all the waters, adult beverages, and sodas, she only gave him a water glass. I told my nephew to wait for bit as she may have to go back for it since there is limited space on the tray. 10 minutes goes by and nothing. She came back to take our food order and still no soda. After she took all of our food order, I kindly mentioned that he ordered a soda and if he could get it. She looked at me and said "I know". I worked in food service for 10 years, everyone has bad days employees/customers alike. I would get it if we made crazy demands or behaved rudely and inappropriately, but we did nothing of the sort. The manager of the restaurant did not care or even bother to ask why we mention the waitress service to us to his attention. I do not recommend this place or at least the waitress and manager we had. Im sure they have better and friendly ones working there. Horrible first impression of Logans and the type of service they provide to their customers. If I could would give zero stars, but unfortunately google reviews does...
Read moreWalked in here with my family expecting to eat well since I heard it was like Texas Roadhouse but I did not walk into that at all. The waiter took 30 minutes to take our order for the drinks, Then pops up to take our drinks and doesn’t show up til 20 minutes later. Along with finally giving us the rolls and drinks we gave her our order not knowing when we were going to see her again. At this point while we had nothing to drink and waited over an hour for our drinks we started to get upset and wanted to leave or at least go sit at the bar since the girl at the bar attended to everyone meanwhile new people coming in were getting their drinks late & I mean late as in they got their food first before drinks. We asked several women to give us a refill and they’d ask for our beverages then disappear. It got to the point where we put a timer & if they didn’t show with our food we were going to walk out. Our waiter was avoiding us at all costs and so we’re the other waiters. They finally came to our table (Other waiters NOT OURS) and gave us our food and at that our waiter didn’t order what we ordered correctly so que had to wait another 30 minutes and when our waiter was bold enough to come to us and we addressed what we needed fixed she gave us attitude and made faces at us not saying a word. The food wasn’t even good, some of our plates for sure were sitting in the back for god knows how long. I wish I was making this up but the girl that we had avoided us to grab new tables and she couldn’t even take care of them correctly. I’m exposing this situation because you shouldn’t have to come in and wait 2.5 hours to eat when you see new people eating before you.But also the waiter serving dessert before they even get to eat their dinner or getting your drinks for the first time after your...
