Cascada Refrescante — Restaurant in Buena Park

It was my first purchase there, and it was a horrible one. Staff is rude, and they overcharge for what is on the menu. I understand that there is an additional charge for add-ons, which is disclosed. However, they charged a higher sum for the extra charge that what was indicated on their menu. Their justification was that the price had changed, yet it was evident that their price menu had not been updated. As a result, they are compelled to adhere to the pricing listed on their menu. Which they did not do that .

California Law Code 12024.2. states that (a) It is unlawful for any person, at the time of sale of a commodity, to do any of the following: (1) Charge an amount greater than the price, or to compute an amount greater than a true extension of a price per unit, that is then advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted for that commodity. Note: *“overcharge” means the amount by which the charge for a commodity exceeds a price that is advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted to that consumer for that commodity at the time of sale.

(c) A violation of this section is an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) when the overcharge is one dollar ($1) or less.

It should be noted that if they do not adhere to their pricing menu, they may be reported to the Federal Trade Commission...

I was just here to get a drink its 100’ outside. When I entered the store there were about 6 people inside two were ordering the other 4 people waiting for their drinks. After I had ordered my drink she tells me wait outside in the 100’ weather for my drink. Now there were 3 people waiting. I say to her can I please wait inside since it’s so hot outside? But she insisted that I wait outside. So I did when one of the gentleman walked out I walked in she gives me a dirty look very rude!! I told her I am Patronising your business you shouldn’t have people wait outside in this hot weather when your store is not even packed. I am not going back here to get a drink for $7 and a $3 tip again! Hope the management sees this and teach the girl in front customer service and...

They have a huge variety of blended fruit smoothies and Popsicles. The location itself is very clean and organized.

Service was just meh. The guy in front of us was asking the cashier questions about the smoothies and the cashier seemed very annoyed. Luckily we knew what we wanted based off the Yelp photos. Cascada Passion was good. It contains pineapple, banana, and strawberry. My bf said his piña colada was watered down. At $4.75 each, the blended smoothies are a pretty good size, but you can definitely find other locations with similar offerings.
