My order is just a #5 combo $10.99 and Burger only$5.49 plus tax should be $17.96

I was asked to pay $20.70 They added 2 extra cheese $1.6 1 s/dressing $0.46 Non cash Adj $0.72

I did not argue just paid for it, but it's annoying.

And the burger was small and the meat patty was dry with no salt, It tasted very plain.

And the size is small, I highly doubt it is kids Burger!

I will never back.

When I placed my order, the cashier didn’t inform me that the cheese was an extra charge! He simply asked whether I wanted American cheese or Swiss cheese, deliberately distracting me from considering whether there would be an additional cost. I was led into answering the question and chose American cheese.

The item "1 s/dressing $0.46" was not mentioned at all. I had no idea about this dressing charge.

"Non-cash Adj $0.72" – I wasn’t informed about this non-cash payment adjustment either. I only found out about it after seeing the receipt.

They state that the patty is 1/3 lb. This is a joke. The burger was about the same size as one from In-N-Out, just with a slightly thicker patty.

The photo I took clearly doesn’t represent the size of the whole burger. It is to show the patty—it’s not juicy at all, no salt flavor, and it tasted like chewing wax. It was so bad I didn’t even finish it. It’s far worse than In-N-Out.

I’ve encountered tricks like this before. And I believe people are knowing what I said.
