Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Buena Park

hello I have a complaint about an order that I had just put at this restaurant. I was eating a double bonus jack but I did not notice that the patties were into so when I went back to the restaurant to correct it the customer customer service that I received was beyond rude unacceptable and very disrespectful these team members have been known to races and caused problems with me in the past I do not appreciate it. Everything about it disrespect me and my character I am bipolar and I do not like the service in the friendliness of the staff at this restaurant. It is beyond disrespectful. The manager has been nothing but disrespectful to me. I have been in contact with numerous problems in the past for so many stupid situations. The whole team and staff has been known to be laughing at me. Every time I come into the restaurant and every time I leave in the restaurant especially for this incident this is so unprofessional I do not like this establishment. I will never eat here again it is so ghetto. It's so messy there's trash everywhere. There's rain coming from the ceilings. Every time I come to this restaurant there's so much water pouring into the restaurant to the point where it's uncomfortable to even get the food and get out at due to water pouring everywhere every time I come to the restaurant from the ceilings it is so trashy, messy stinky musty gunky with everything and the fact is this restaurant is by a hotel, so if this is going to be a reoccurring behavior situation with hostel at this specific establishment then consider me to not visit them ever again this is so disrespectful. I do not understand why these people have the audacity to even go towards the measures of disrespecting so many customers, including me for so long long everything about this restaurant is just very very blatant and very, unacceptable beyond measures when it comes down to the rudeness behavior and also the trash that's inside of it. I will never recommend anybody to go towards this restaurant for as long as I shall come over...

I came to the Jack-in-the-Box this Thursday morning, December 7 and expected a great breakfast but instead what I got was horrible service and the worst breakfast I’ve ever had a breakfast remember that’s for sure the reason why was because of the manager her name is Lupe so me and my wife walk and order food and wait for it to be served to us we got our food and begin to eat. We were not giving any napkins. We were not given any condiments. I had to ask for my water three times before they gave it to me. I ordered the platter with a coffee. My wife ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger with two orange juices, and She only finished half of her sandwich because it was cold and steal. The coffee was stale and the worst part about it all was the thin mint Girl Scout cookie shake. It was so watery that by the time I finished my food and began to drink it. It was like drinking water , I kindly walked up to the cash register and asked the manager if she could make me a new one because it didn’t taste right she said it’s supposed to be watery after 20 minutes well I beg to differ I’ve gotten shakes from Jack-in-the-Box many times and it has never been watery after 20 minutes I told him to straighten*please replace the shake. I hadn’t even drink at any of it but she refused to replace it like if the money was coming from her own pocket the worst manager, and the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life employees were very friendly, and the person that took her order was very helpful. It was just a manager Lupe. She was very rude and very unfriendly refused to help me whatsoever . Don’t know who’s in charge of this place but we spent $24 and expect to receive at least decent service but we’re treated like...

I’m basing this SOLEY on the employees who served me. This is the first time at this location for me and when I got to the window I politely asked them if they charge for every sauce. Juan said yes they do. I replied asking if it’s just this specific store or nation wide policy now because the other one near my house give 1 for free and charges the rest. (Which , mind you, I have no problem paying for sauce, I just wanted clarification and asked very nicely. ) He replied with the same answer that every sauce is charged and I replied ok. His coworker Miguel then proceeds to walk over and ask him what I asked. They turn from me and then begin making fun of the fact I asked that question, laughing loudly. Miguel then asks what Juan answered me and he told him, to which they FIST BUMPED over the fact that I was getting charged. I didn’t tell them I noticed the fact they were blatantly making fun of me and as I was handed my food just quietly asked for Miguel’s name since he had on street clothes. (Juan had on his name tag) I won’t be coming back to this location and if you want to be treated with dignity and respect, like I showed these two young men, then I suggest going to ANOTHER store. Very unprofessional, uncalled for and embarrassing. Train your employees to represent the store that they are working for respectfully instead of bullying customers for their own entertainment.
