Sandeep Patel told me before firing me and I quote from his own mouth
“I can fire all these white/black and Spanish ppl who don’t want to work and get all my ppl in, I have years of proof from all my hires and fires and I can legaly get away with it”
As he had me cleaning everything for an inspection.
Sandeep Patel and the distric manager Tim been setting locals up for years at this location. They fire ppl afflicted by drugs and press charges on them for stealing money. Sandeep quit not so long ago during the begin fun of the pandemic purposely to drive it down to look like an asset not only to the company but to the owner himself who is a fellow Indian to him. He has tampered with the lively hoods of many many ppl by not paying them enought or making them do slave labor that isn’t in the job discription and if you don’t you get fired. I have brought it to the attention of many for acouple years now.
I used to work here and from the out dated food they serve you to the mold holding the bagel and muffins in the walk in all the way to the an infestation by ants where the sink and sugar is.
I was an employee who had my pay stolen working over 90 hours a week but only getting paid for 70 while all over time went to an Indian woman at the register… this place needs reform!!!
If you see an Indian at the window just know there not doing nothing right!!!
Want my proof… look at the managers they hired from before pandemic (mike starn) to the manager issues they currently have

Read moreUpdate 3/1/2022 -- We avoided going here for months, but gave in one day. We've been back three times since then. Much improved service...quicker and friendlier. I don't know if they've fixed all their problems, but customer service is back on track.
Sadly, this is not the first time we had bad service, and we’ve learned our lesson. Ordered from the app to pick up at the drive thru. Only one car in front of me, but after waiting for five minutes, I decided to go inside. I waited for the young man to finish the order he was working on when he saw me and apologized, telling me the lobby was closed because he was the only one working. Meanwhile, I see a lady (owner? manager?) on the phone who could and SHOULD have been pitching in to help. The nice young man filled my order and once again apologized for taking so long. I commended the young man for doing the best he could under the circumstances. Shame on management for running such a sloppy business. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anybody even noticed me because the worker was so occupied with the drive thru. I understand the drive thru was extremely busy but why was there only one worker working? There were 2 other employees who finally stepped in to help once I ordered. I paid with a digital gift card that was on my phone. All they need to do is scan the barcode on my screen so I held out my phone for the worker to scan but then she took it right out of my hand and walked away with my phone. I assume they only had the drive thru register on so they had to use that, but the worker just took my phone and walked away and didn't even say anything. The drive thru window wasn't visable from the counter so I couldn't really see where the worker went.
