Went to this store with $100.00 bill which was all I had on me. I asked the employee if she had change and she said she did. I purchased $5.00 combo, with tax the total was $5.44. I gave her the 100 and she gave me a wad of bills which I did not count I don't count change at those windows because it could be perceived as insulting so I shoved it in my pocket and kept the line moving. I didn't spend any money the rest of the day. The next morning I went through my pockets and counted the money and this was my change 3-$20's, 1-$10, 2-$5's, 4-singles and change. Exactly $10.00 short. I called the store and I was connected to corporate. I gave the man who answered my contact information and he assured me that someone would contact me within 24hrs. which did not happen. So I called the store again this time someone answered. I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager. I started to explain the situation and he responded with mumbling. I told him I didn't understand what he was saying when a female got on the phone saying SHE was the manager? I asked for the district managers number which she refused to give. I called again today and spoke with the manager of the store joey who said his drawers always have the right amount. I told him if someone is skimming from customers the extra money goes in their pocket not the drawer. joey was adamant that nobody was skimming then made it clear that could give me a gift certificate but won't. He gave me the district managers number. Of course she didn't answer. I've already put far to much of my time into this. I feel like I'm getting robbed not only from the employee but from burger king as well. On principle I will not let this go. This is my first review. Read moreCrazy, loud, obnoxious cashier, was obviously very new, nobody would help this girl, we were trying to cash out with a coupon and she didn't know how to do it... for literally 10 minutes she asked and asked and told the other worker she didn't know how to ring it up. Finally the other girl came over with an attitude said "what's the problem?", rang it up and walked away. Then we went to get our drinks and the machine was out of ice. I asked for ice, the new girl said they were busy, we'll get to it asap... didn't offer me ice from behind the counter so I thought, ok a couple minutes, gotta wait for our food anyway right? ...Well, we have now finished our meal, 5 employees screwing around laughing, talking wildly, often swearing, still no ice. So I yell to them just so I can be heard over their ruckus..."how we doing on that ice I asked for about 20 minutes ago?" A guy came over with a cup of ice for us to split between our 4 drinks and went back to talking and laughing and didn't fill the machine. I manage a busy coffee shop and bakery, I understand being in a rush with a drive thru and a busy dining room, but the staff behavior was absolutely unacceptable. Yelling, laughing, swearing,(I mean dropping f-bombs), and just the general feeling that the customer doesn't matter, especially being there with my 75 year old mother, and my 7 and 10 year old sons, not the atmosphere they should be subjected to. If I owned this location I would be embarrassed. It's truly amazing they had any business. They should replace the new girl, she was something... extra?, and whoever was managing/ training the new girl. This whole experience has made me choose NOT to visit this location again. Read moreThe morning crew at this Burger King are great, as are the morning regulars. However when I tried going there in the evening it turned into a nightmare. I was threatened by the manager Briana and I then became worried about eating the food afterward so I had to cancel my order. She would not even issue a refund and I had to let her use my own phone to do so, and then she sent a false statement to BK from my phone as to why I cancelled my order. I cancelled my order because I was threatened by the manager Brianna and I was concerned that something might have been done to my food while I waited. Just this past Sunday the dining room was closed for half a day due to a manager not showing up, I wonder if that was due to Brianna too. It is hard to believe that the wonderful morning atmosphere and the very kind and thoughtful employees that work the breakfast shift changes in the evening to rude managers that make threats. The one star review given here is only for the evening however, and I give this restaurant 5 stars for their morning service. I will miss everyone there but after the way I was treated I do not believe I will be returning again.
