First of all this restaurant is the most dirtiest restaurant in all of WNY. As soon as you walk in you can feel the grease underneath your shoes. Has the owner ever heard of degreaser?? Or how about soap?? You put it in a bucket of water before you mop. Omg, it’s so beyond gross you can even feel the coating of grease on the tables. Please don’t use the restroom for you will definitely lose your appetite. There was urine all over the floor and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I could just imagine what condition the back of the house is in. The walk-in coolers I’m sure are as nasty as the rest of the building is. It’s amazing how the Health Department hasn’t shut the place down for its downright disgusting!!!!!!!!
With all that being said the quality of food and the wait for it today was ridiculous. I brought my 8 year old son in for dinner. We ordered at 5:30 pm. Two mini steak subs with some French fries. We received our food at 6pm. That’s a long time to wait especially with a hungry child. Fries were over cooked and cold. The mini subs were also cold and we’re poorly made( barely any meat on them)? What a joke!! They charged me $30.45!! I was furious. I went to the counter and asked for a refund. The “manager” gave me the refund and apologized with a smirk on her face. I asked her why is she smiling?? She replied I wasn’t smiling when she actually was. Just horrible customer service. Horrible.
It’s just a shame that they don’t seem to care. Well I am one who has never written a bad review in my life but with what happened today I was compelled to do so. If you are the owner reading this you should take it seriously and really buy some degreaser and properly clean the place. Read moreMy boyfriend and I ordered for delivery last night from the Seneca location a chicken finger sub, fries, a single chicken wing, and a chef salad. When we sat down and started eating, I remarked that the wings were not only completely bone dry, but also the actual meat was hard and crunchy. It was almost as if they had been fried, sauced and then fried again. He commented that not only was his chicken finger sub not sauced at all, but his fries were hard and completely cold. Even the breadsticks that came with the salad were hard like they had been sitting out for days. When we finally decided that it was so terrible we were going to call and complain, the manager told us that since we had eaten some of the food, he would not help us and this was a "new policy under new management." The "correct" thing to do, according to him, would have been to know that our order was gross before we tried it and then they might replace it, but that we would have had to pick it up! We also paid by card over the phone and the person taking out order insisted that if we wanted to tip the delivery guy, we would have to include it then before we even received our order because it was "easier" for them. Read moreWent in today at 3/22/19 - 6:20 p.m. for slices. The clerk was VERY rude and nasty and STUCK UP. She was a brunette with glasses and a noise ring piercing. Very very poor customer service. I am a regular there and now i really don't want to go in there any more due to this nasty rude clerk. I was telling this rude individual my order and she LITERALLY turned her back to me and started talking to another customer... UNBELIEVABLE. I Don't know if she is family of the owners and thinks she can treat customers any way she pleases.but that is no excuse to be rude like that. I have been coming to Blasdell Pizza for about 3 years now..... But NOPE not any more.
I've read through the other reviews on Google and noticed other complaints of rude behavior and poorly prepared food. Also when i go into this restaurant i see what's going on. The workers have a poor deminor and attitude. They don't care about the food being delicious And they don't care about treating the customers with respect and kindness.
My suggestion is to find a crew of employees that care about the business, because this is most DEFINELTY HURTING YOUR BUSINESS. Hope things get better... -- From your former...
